The managers Samantha and RJ are both liars and lack basic common sense and the necessary and required training to be able to do their job.I'm just going to say that this establishment only does cater to their Asian customers and I've waited all day for a call from the store/branch managerThe staff is actually very unprofessional and very rude. Siblings and I went in to order milk teas w/boba we ended up having to run another transaction for additional boba that apparently wasn't charged in the first transaction but it definitely was the cashier who asked and confirmed with us that all the drinks are to have boba only for us to be told that one of the drinks weren't paid for the boba in which I had to run my card for 50 cents not a problem but when I'm only given four out of five drinks and then being told that we only had paid for four Drinks all of a sudden only for us to have to pay for additional drink that was paid for it during the first initial transaction.When I did call back in the next morning cuz it wasn't sitting right with me I got met with a very unprofessional individual when I asked for the manager who also wanted to go ahead and mimic and talk back and how I wanted to talk to the manager. When Samantha the manager came on to the line I definitely did let her know that that was very rude and unprofessional and the fact that I even had to hear that I was being mimicked when asking for the manager.I am still waiting for the manager to give me a call back.....

They dropped the tables and since then, I went less frequently. I will recommend the Tata Teahouse when you need a place to sit and talk.Parking: Depending on the hours, you may not be able to find parking when people go to Ranch99 shopping during the weekend.

Don't eat here. It's no good. I ordered a jalapeño cheese bun, and when I got home and took a bite this is what I saw. Called the store and spoke to the manager, RJ. He said he would give me full refund, but only refunded me 3 dollars for the bun. He gave me a nasty look when I told him I lost my appetite and wanted my whole meal refunded. He said "bring everything back for me to inspect and I will give you refund". Not worth my gas money to drive back 3 different times for a measly 10 dollar refund. He should've given me the refund no questions after seeing that I just consumed garbage from his store. Clearly his first managerial role and hopefully his last. Do not eat here unless you don't mind being charged money to get food poisoning.

Me and my sister went in and bought 5 items but they charged for 6 items. The extra one is the matcha red bean which we did not get it. I went home and found that they charged for 6 but we only got 5.
