Lots of seating inside and out. Service is very friendly. I come here regularly for the pho ga. The broth is delish and always wonderful on a cold day. Went with friends today and they got the grilled pork with noodles and another plate with rice. Everyone was happy with their food and plenty for left overs!

I'm very grateful for to have some Vietnamese options here in little ol' Newark. There's plenty of parking nearby and seating inside.Their Chao (Vietnamese congee/porridge) is the first thing that I think of when I'm feeling under the weather. My go-to is the pork and deserved duck egg. It's the perfect texture and combination of flavors. There's quite a bit of thinly sliced ginger that you have to sift through if you're like me and prefer not to chew on it, but it does add to the flavor.I've also had their chicken wings in the past, and it didn't disappointment.

my friend and I recently stumbled upon Tramy's when looking to try a new place for Pho and Fresh Spring Rolls. OMG this place is delicious. We have since added the BS1. Mongolian Beef with Jasmine Rice and the R7. Grilled Teriyaki Chicken to our order. We have yet to be able to visit in person and have only ordered delivery. But if it tastes this good delivered just imagine how good it is dining in?! Proportions are great, delivery is quick, food is still hot and fresh like it was just delivered to the table. Tramy's is a hidden gem that everyone must try. 5 stars

The large lotus root salad appetizer was a standout with its freshness and unique flavor profile. The crunchy lotus root was delightful, providing an interesting texture and flavor that set the tone for the meal. Although the generous portion of celery slightly overpowered the subtle lotus taste, it still made for an enjoyable start to our meal. The restaurant's attention to customer satisfaction was particularly impressive. Upon expressing my thoughts about the celery to our attentive server, they graciously prepared a take-away version of the lotus root salad, minus the celery. This gesture allowed me to truly appreciate the essence of the lotus root and its unique flavor - a touch I found to be both considerate and responsive. The filet mignon shaking beef was another highlight. While it diverged a bit from traditional preparations due to the inclusion of gravy, this twist only added to its appeal. The tender, flavorful beef paired wonderfully with the tomato rice, offering a comforting and hearty main course that left us fully satisfied.Overall, our visit to Tramy's was an unforgettable experience that balanced traditional cuisine with innovative twists. I look forward to my next meal at this delightful restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fresh and satisfying culinary experience.

One of my favorite place for lunch or dinner. Food taste great, portions are decent, place is clean. Most important is the price is reasonable ???

Came in for a late lunch, it was empty. Lots of tables, it's clean, we were greeted upon entering & host let us sit anywhere. We sat at a table with a TV. They were playing sports, girls softball, but then they switched it to what we wanted (East coast semis) Celtics vs 76ers. We ordered fresh oj, spring rolls, chicken salad & chicken porridge (small & it could've fed both of us). All the food was good, chicken salad was really good, but I think more Cabbage would make it better. The porridge was thick and a lil mushy, but it was good in flavor. Will have to try other items next time. They have pad thai, pho and entrees. We'll be back.

I went here for Pho and it was delicious. Maybe because it was a cold day, maybe because I was hungry, maybe I just hit the right time. Regardless, I'll be back to try more viet food.

We thought we would try this place and see if it was better than the previous establishment that was here prior. We ordered spring rolls, crab/shrimp eggrolls, two types of Pho with rice noodles, and chicken teriyaki Bun. We all thought the food was pretty mediocre. It was a bit different from your typical Vietnamese restaurant. It tasted more like food cooked at home as supposed to restaurant level cooking and flavors. Also didn't care for the strange plates they used for serving the Bun. I would have preferred a bowl instead. Also the grilled teriyaki chicken was very dry and could not pick up any grilled smokiness whatsoever. Overall quality of the ingredients we thought is on the cheaper side. Service was, however, cordial and friendly hence the 2 stars. Really wanted to like this place as its close by. Too bad the food was a miss for us.

This place is kinda hidden, but that is part of it's charm. The staff is nice, the food is amazing. I ordered a vermicelli with pork and it was so delicious. It was my first time there, and I will definitely come back! Their fresh Orange Juice is so so good!!
