I ordered regular tacos The taco shells were stale. The shells seemed old! Also the service in house took forever. I was the only person in the restaurant. It seems they were too busy serving the drive thru quickly than persons in the restaurant. Disappointed.

This place is the worst Taco Bell in the United States. They should not be open the person that's running. The drive-through is running the front desk. That is a horrible manager skill the order right I will not be coming to this Taco Bell again until something is done. And I don't support the way this Taco Bell is running.

Every time I go in person this taco bell location the employees are slow and talking don't take guests orders and I always go on kisok but they are still slow when I go up to pay for my food on the kisok. Other than that the food is good not sure if it's worth the wait though.

No one at this place of Business cares about their patrons. 7 yes 7 employees working and 2 customers walked away because of the 7 employees in that restaurant would come up to the front to assist customers at the front counter. People drive out of their way to stop here and get lunch, but no one cares. I won't eat here anymore. I purchased my meal at the front counter, and the manager walked away ... 3 mins later, another employee came to finish the transaction at the cash register. Unbelievable... just walked away w/o saying a word to me.

I frequent this place, because it is convenient. But everytime I go here, the entire staff acts like they cannot hear you. It's RUDE. They don't smile or interact with their customers. It takes forever to get your order of food. And you better check it because they're wrong frequently. And heaven forbid you should have to use the restroom. My recommendation is to use it somewhere else! Get your act together, Thornton Taco Bell!?
