It was our first time at this place, and it was an awful experience. We will NOT be returning. Our cheesy roll-ups came with the cheese not melted at all. Additionally, the roll-ups do not come with onions, so we ordered onions, pluse extra, which we paid for, but they came with almost NO onions.

Terrible we were waiting for an iced coffee, we kept reminding them about it and they said they would start preparing it only for 20 minutes to pass where they finally had the decency to tell us their machine wasn’t working. They had no regard over our time nor did they care. We were running late and only reason they told us their machine wasn’t working was because a female employee.

Very reasonable prices for very healthy food. Good options for vegetarians too.

Disappointing dining experience. Discovered a hair in my burrito, and the overall aroma was off-putting. Additionally, the shortage of napkins was inconvenient; despite requesting more, I received only one. I cannot recommend this place.

This location was not busy at all. When we arrived there were maybe 2 customers then we came in. It was a Sunday midday between 11:30-12:45p. But, it was located in a shopping center with culturally diverse restaurants and other businesses. So, that is possibly why it was not busy. Food was made to order so it was fresh made and hot. We appreciate that. Has automated kiosk to place orders as well.

Nearly everytime I visit this joint, I'm either missing an item or they've ran outa fries, always somethin. Like I'll order thru the app multiple box meals. N I like to add things or upgrade to ckn or steak, whatever.... I'll ask to make sure they separate the meals cause half the time they don't serve em in box's like they should, then we gotta go home n sort thru the item's that all look the same .. it's a hassle n who wants people touching their food, especially with covid hangin around. To make up for there short comings they're loose w the free taco tic's tho, though i never really use or eat a plain asstaco. ?They recently installed a nice charging port outside for E-cars.

Ordered potatoe tacos here and all the potatoes were rock hard! Could not eat any of it. My bfs regular tacos were okay. I also ordered a burrito that was missing ingredients, it was mostly tortilla, missing nacho cheese and had no meat?!! It was the size of a taquito…go to a different Taco Bell the one on Thornton in Newark is so much better.

Unexpected surprise at Taco Bell in Fremont, CA! Ordered the Crunchy Taco Supreme takeout, but got an inch-long blue rubber finger piece in the second taco. A surprising twist that left a not-so-appetizing impression.

Fremont CA Branch 1) All the external signage / lights were off so we had trouble finding the place. 2) The restaurant had 1 customer inside and 2-3 cars in the drive thru yet our order (For 4 people) took 25 minutes to be passed to us. 3) The food was cold when we received it and had to be sent back. 4) The restrooms were DISGUSTING. They were dirty. One had no hand soap....the other, the toilet was full (and i mean FULL !) of human excrement which had clearly been there for some time as the smell was terrible. It was unusable. The staff member making the food did apologize for the extremely long wait for the food, but the whole experience was absolutely horrendous.
