“Love these cookies whether to give as a gift or to give into my sweet tooth for something warm and sweet. The shop smells of wonderful cookies the moment you enter and you get to see everyone in the kitchen area busy at work making these great cookies! Our favorites are the key lime, banana pie, strawberry, and classic pink sugar. The cookies are a little pricey but do taste yummy and they do deliver so you can get them even late at night.“

“If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would. The food, and the people here are so incredibly special. Compared to other bakeries in the area, this is by far one of the best locations I have ever been to for pastries and coffee. This little gem has been serving the Valley for years, and has not received the credit it surely deserves. My family and myself have been coming here for years and they stay on point! It is a simple counter restaurant in a strip shopping center in Granada Hills with additional locations in Glendora and Calabasas. You have everything from flatbreads and traditional Mediterranean meals to choose from. I went with the cheese boreg mana’ish and the spinach pie. Both were reasonable and delicious! They give a lot of food for the money. They take cash and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and other mobile payment options. Restaurant employees and guests were wearing masks. Based on how great the flatbreads taste, I would definitely go back and try some of the other options on the menu.“

Love the variety and the freshness of the bread. We have tried a few in the area and so far have come back here again and again. The owners/workers are friendly and will answer any questions you have. I do small talk at times and they've always engaged well. This place is definitely small. They are nice and soft and they offer a variety of flavors. Personally the classic and ube are my favorite. They are a small mom and pop shop. They are extremely friendly and kind. “Nothing Bundt Cakes is my go to for all gatherings, celebrations, birthdays etc for the last few years. I appreciate that they are so accommodating when you call to place an order and they'll wrap the cake if you're traveling further distances. I'm obsessed with their cream cheese frosting and all the cane flavors are most and delicious! Not overly sweet and sugary at all. I love calling to place an order and picking it up the same day! The larger cakes are fantastic for groups, the little bundtlettes are the cutest size and portion for one! I love their lemon raspberry flavor, chocolate, and red velvet! “The best authentic, high quality and very delicious Philipinos foods/bakery in town. The Cebuchon, both roasted, and fried are excellent with the most delicious lumpia. The chicken dishes are also very tasty. Don’t forget to try their HaloHalo(traditional is my favorite)which is the best one that I ever had! The price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend!“

“I was looking for an Armenian bakery to purchase some Maneishe. I saw this bakery in Google maps and decided to check it out. The bakery is located in Granada Hills in a nice area. I parked in the back and walked in from the back door. Upon entering the bakery I immediately was able to smell the wonderful aroma of baked goods! The front counter and dining area is very cozy and well appointed. The menus are on the wall and fresh baked goods displayed, as well as Armenian groceries. I ordered the Maneishe Extra pita wrap. The wrap was delicious, full of Zaatar, fresh veggies and Labneh. The owner was there and she was very nice. I will definitely be returning!“

“The bread was ok. I only came here for the bread because I wanted to make a tamale sandwich with a bread ??. I would of fried it but I couldn't. I love eating a crispy fried tamale but most or almost all places do not do it or sell it. I do not know if I am the only one that does this. But i like eating my tamales in a bread as a sandwich fried and crispy. The bread here was good. The bread was a little bit small. I have bought bread in other places and they are a bit bigger.“

“A definite must try for those that enjoy scones and tea. I ordered Welsh Cakes. I've never tried a Welsh Cake before but I love a good scone with a cup of tea. The Maple Pecan Welsh Cake is absolutely delicious! I took a nibble before heating and it was good. Then I microwaved for 10 seconds and it was scrumptious! Didn't need jam, clotted or double cream. For lunch I went back and had a breakfast Turkey sandwich and it taste it delicious, however it was very overpriced over 10 bucks really? For that matter I could go to a fast food chain. Anyways I would ask for prices before buying anything else again. But surely I will come back cause food it's good. “The food is reliably delicious and as someone from Argentina I'm grateful to have a place to buy facturas. I highly recommend the empanadas & the parrilladas with mashed potatoes & creamed spinach. If you wanna indulge get the BA pizza or milanesas. It definitely gets busy so that's important to keep in mind if you're on a time crunch and it's lunch but totally worth it. It's a tiny space but I love browsing the market too.“

“This place is so tiny. But, it really packs a punch. With a deli counter, baked goods, a selection of imported goods, sandwiches, and even some ready made frozen meals. They cram a lot into a small space. But, it's all very authentic. My mom loves the cold cut sandwiches here, so I've been eating them for years. I've also had the turkey sandwich. The turkey was sliced thinly, and the bread is always wonderful. Their sandwiches are always fantastic. And, the frozen baked Ziti is a delicious and convenient way to enjoy a restaurant quality Italian meal at home.“

While hubby proclaimed his glaze and twist donuts an enthusiastic 'YUMMY!', I thought they were good and hit the spot. Again, not a donut/fried dough gal. I seem to have a sensitivity to cooking oil. I especially DO NOT care for 85C bakery goods because I can taste the soy oil - yuck! Father's donuts had a mild oil after taste. Not greasy. I always take my food to go since I live close and the place is very small with only like 4 tables. They always have music playing but since it's small the place it's always empty and most people that go also get their food to go. It's good if you want Salvadoran food to go“
