Lack of Management or basic cashiering skills. Ordered Pretzel, told to wait. Sat right in front of cashier who took my order. They sold my pretzels to someone else. Came back and again asked to wait due to selling out their own supply.

love auntie anne's. worst location. multiple occasions now we have come here and even after 45 min after they're open, they have nothing ready for purchase. the older gentleman that has claimed to be there for 20 years is always late, opens late, and doesn't have anything ready to eat. it's very disappointing.

As you'd expect! Tasty Couldn't decide between savory and sweet so we got both! We ordered a pepperoni pizza pretzel with marinara sauce and cinnamon nuggets with cream cheese on the side. Obviously, the flavor is great! The pretzels didn't seem super fresh as they read a bit stale/dry. Also am I crazy, but I kinda wanted more butter haha I honestly really liked the combo of the cream cheese with the cinnamon pretzel nuggets. The tangy cream cheese offset the super sweet nuggets! At first I was bummed I didn't get the glaze dipping sauce, but I'm super glad I didn't because it would've been way too sweet

Used my birthday offer here and I'm always hesitant when using my app cuz some places either have a hard time figuring it out or they can't process it for whatever reason. But this place was fast and simple thank goodness. The employee even greeted me happy birthday. I decided on the free cinnamon sugar but wish I would've gotten just the regular. For me it was a lot of the sugar, like clumps of it. I know most people prefer that, but next time I'll just stick to my plain pretzel, haha.

I was really craving a yummy pretzel. What I got was a request for a tip for typical fast food ready made food that had clearly Sat a long time. Stale and gross as well as over priced. Only reason I gave 2 stars over 1 was that the service was friendly but the food was chewy and nasty.

I bought 2 lemonade, a salted pretzel, a cup of mini pretzel dogs, and a reg pretzel dog. Total came to $29.83. I handed the staff a $50 bill which I just got out of the nearby ATM. She rudely pointed to a hand written note scotch taped onto the counter that said "We don't accept any bills higher than $20. I can't believe they wud turn down business over how big your bills are! I left and won't return! Folks that shop at Fashion Island in Newport Beach have $. The snobbery was too much. I've eaten at other Auntie Anne's and they were great! Loose the snotty attitudes!!!
