Service was excellent - that said - Food appears to be mostly frozen - especially the stir fry vegetables that are a choice as an included side. The Caesar salad that I asked for as a side was served in a bowl the size of a tea cup. Food was way overpriced and presentation was sloppy at best.
We celebrated a bday and a college graduation and the waiter Quinn was awesome!! We loved his suggestions!! Mai tais were on point, food was delicious and our view was great!! Can't wait to return!

This place deserves ZERO stars. Their food sent me and my friend to the EMERGENCY ROOM. I’ve never gotten sick from restaurant food. Don’t order the fish. The ER doctor specifically said I was sick from poorly prepared tuna.Another time, overheard staff making fun of someone with a disability. Very disappointing experience. Will never go back to this spot.

We had a lovely lunch of Macadamia crusted halibut and the Miso swordfish. Both dishes were prepared well and the fish was served very hot. The vegetables on the plate seemed like they were plated several minutes before the fish as they were not hot, even though the plate was warm. The service is pretty good. We did have to request our check after waiting a while for it to be presented. Parking is only by valet $9.

Beautiful view of the harbor and lights across the way. Good sized portions and food was tasty but not over the top fantastic. $9 valet parking.Parking: It's a busy road. I didn't see any area for self parking. Valet cost $9 on Thursday evening.
Absolutely loved this restaurant!! A family member was in the hospital, and we came here to get our mind off his surgery… it was peaceful, calm & has great views. Perry, our waitress was the sweetest too! We had the calamari and the crab cakes and loved them both. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend and I had a great time visiting Billy's on the Beach during Valentine's Day. I made a reservation, we were provided the table by the window that I requested and they had an incredible ambiance with tons of heart balloons, live music (who was excellent), great choices with our three course preset menu and a great server named, Nikki.(?) The only thing truly that was a little off was the way they prepared the steaks when we asked for medium rare and the filet came out almost well done. Simple mistake and they took care of it with another great steak immediately. I would highly recommend Billy's and their volcano Mai Tai drink was a unique idea but it is so large that it gets watered down if you don't drink it quickly! LOL! Two thumbs up!
The Valentine's Day experience was so worth it! The atmosphere was so romantic, the live musician had ab old skool R&B style, the Mai Tai flaming Volcano drink was exciting and exploding with flavors and all of the selections from the fried green beans for appetizers, the macadamia encrusted halibut and my dipping donuts for dessert made it a Valentine's to remember!!

Went for valentines day. First time at this restaurant. Everything exceeded expectations. Food, ambience, and service was all excellent. They have live music and enjoyed it very much.
