Horrible customer service. Messed up my bagel had cream cheese and avocado not even in the bagel. Had to remake it myself at home. The manager made my bagel and he did a horrible job. Everybody in there extremely rude and nobody welcomes you or speaks to you and makes you stand there without saying anything to you. I've gone to many other locations and never had this horrible of an interaction. Will not be coming back to this location. Very sad since this is a 9$ bagel and it looks like this...

The service is not friendly or professional. I didn't get her name but the cashier was extremely rude. I got a egg and cheese with avocado on a jalapeño cheese bagel, with an OJ I paid $13.73. The OJ bitter it's just freshly squeezed straight from a bottle. Here's a picture of the bagel you be the judge.

In the last year quality has slipped a bit and the tablet they use to scan customers from the smartphone app is always "not working" when I have tried to pay using the app. The brueggers app is decent, but the way it was implemented in stores is cumbersome - employees have to use a separate tablet to scan a customer's app code, and then enter the info into the cash register. Employees were never thrilled to do it, and were clearly annoyed at having a customer using the app, but they have now decided to stop using the device altogether and have been telling customers the tablets are "not working." This is unfortunate because I was a frequent customer and always used the app as it provides points and rewards, as well as the occassional free coffee/bagel that I would redeem. In the last 4-5 visits to this location over the last 6 months I was repeatedly told that the tablet is "not working" when I attemped to pay using it. It was pretty clear wheb told that this was just their excuse for not wanting to deal with the hassle anymore For those encountering the same issue, and if you do not already know, your balance on the brueggers account applies equally to einstein bros. bagels, you just have to download the einstein app. Also, mobile ordering and pick up through the einstein app. As a result I now frequent einstein bros. instead of this place.

The WORST experience I have ever had. Had an online order ready for pick up at 9:15am, arrived at 9:25am order was not ready. 20 minutes go by and 100 people are served in line before I'm addressed again with a "what was the name on the order? We don't have that order". Met with hostility from staff as if this is somehow my fault and no effort to rectify the situation made or an apology. The bagels here have always been subpar but this sealed the deal, go anywhere else.

Overall a great spot for a quick meal! I checked this place out right by my workplace for lunch and noticed it was quite empty an hour before closing. This means that the staff was very quick to help me out. I ordered a Jalapeño bagel toasted with cream cheese and it came out in a few minutes. I thought the staff was very friendly!! The bagel itself was very nice and crunchy, and the right amount of thinness that reminded me of a New York bagel. The flavor was great too, with the right amount of cream cheese. An awesome meal.

I don't leave reviews often... but to put it simply, don't give the customer a burned plain bagel if you messed up... theres only one job you have and thats to toast bagels, and i dont know how you can mess that up. Ill spend 4.39 for a pack of plain bagels and save my self a buck and ill probably enjoy it more hahaha!!

Second time I’ve been there and my order was incorrect. I asked for an everything bagel toasted with avocado, bacon, tomato cream cheese. When I got home, I was so disappointed to find that they had stuck an egg in it and they put some kind of red paste that made the whole sandwich. Taste pretty horrible so I ended up not only wasting my money but I threw it away will be looking for a new bagel place.

We ordered the western without chipotle sauce sub plain cream cheese and a honey sriracha sunrise. Both bagels were extremely over toasted which made them hard as a rock both myself and my fiancé took one bite and that was it. They still put the chipotle sauce on the western and the honey sriracha sunrise did not have the "honey sriracha cream cheese." The cheddar on both bagels was crunchy crispy instead of slightly melted. Todays order was absolutely horrible. I rarely do reviews unless service and food are amazing or absolutely terrible. This was the third time in a row our orders were wrong and inedible so I felt it necessary to share. This location is falling apart, or maybe since it was close to closing time today they didn't care to pay attention to the details. The prices are high, but happy to pay if my order is correct. Pretty upset I spent $25 today and couldn't eat the food.

They couldn't fulfill a doordash order to save their lives. Pretty basic. Read the order. Make the order. Send the order. Boom. Happy customer.Instead; we get a half @$$ed order with half the value paid. Pay for $9 loaded bagels, get $5 plain creemcheese bagels. FTW
