She consistently produces fun and engaging experiences which is so impressive due to the temptation to multi-task we all face when we're in front of a screen. Attendees often stay on much longer than the original duration because they are genuinely having fun. Our virtual events consist of some technical content which can be dry but Chef Stefanie takes the time to understand the objectives and audience to create one cohesive experience. We've invited Chef Stephanie to our home three times and I cannot recommend her (and her incredible staff) highly enough. The first time we met was for a private cooking class in our home. She showed us easy tips and tricks for creating gorgeous charcuterie boards and simple ways to create a dazzling short rib dinner for future dinner guests. (Then we got to dine with her!). She also catered our daughter's high school graduation party. Since then, several of our guests have begged us for her name. Finally, during covid, she created an intimate and over-the-top tasting menu for our daughter's 19th birthday. The whole night was so special and even my two picky eaters raved about her dish and were open to experimentation under her guided hand. Seriously -- I can't say enough about this woman and the gourmet experiences she offers. She's calm, knowledgeable, graceful under pressure, and what comes out of kitchen -- OMG. Simply the very best.
