I've never been to a chipotle where they had guacamole literally black, every time i come here the guacamole is never fresh. they need to stop reusing old guacamole that's disgusting

This was the worst Mexican"food" I have ever eaten. I bought two chicken rice bowls to go, The chicken was burned almost beyond recognition, the fajitas ( green peppers and onions) were over cooked, limp and slimy, the rice was not too bad. I live about 5 minutes from the restaurant and by the time I got home the food (?) was cold! I used to go to this location a couple of times a month. I have not been there for over a year due to a health issue. They went from pretty good, to awful in that time. I will never go there again! It was so bad my wife wouldn't even eat it! Into the garbage pail it went. Don't waste your money here!

I personally would like to shout-out Host Taylor, she helped me out today, amazing service was patient and quick, a lot better service than I've had at other chipotles. Overall good experience. Clean as well, she was training a team member and being patient with her as well,

Got a bowl, and went back to work to eat it, on my second bite, I heard and felt a giant crunch and thought I cracked a tooth, i felt for around just to find i had bit into glass and part of it had literally shattered in my mouth and the rest of it that had not broken was also still in my mouth and i was able to fish it out. I reached out to chipotle the day it happened(Sunday) and was told someone was going to reach out, so I am waiting on that at the moment.

This location is just a place for everyone to use the bathroom for free and groms to absolutely trash and overwhelm. No shoes, no shirts, everyone just gets water cups and fills with soda and trash the place. Employees don't even attempt to control it since they're all entitled little Newport pricks that do whatever they want. The chipotle food itself is fine, but the sea of 50+ kids constantly isn't worth it unless you're getting free soda in water cups or there to trash the free bathroom.
