ABSOLUTELY HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!!!!!! RUDE STAFF AND THE "COOK" WHO SAYS. "HE'S THE BOSS" TOLD ME TO GET OUT WHEN I ASKED HIM TO PUT MY VEGES ON THE SIDE. (that's how I ordered it, and it was on my receipt) i ordered a chicken bowl with rice, veges and avocado - I asked for the avocado and veges on the side. gave me the bowl with veges inside and no avocado - i told them the mistake, and he became irritated, rude, nasty - said they don't put veges on the side. ??????????? and then instead of remaking my bowl, he told me to leave if I didn't like it. I handed the lady the Bag with the bowl inside so they can add my avocado to the order and just to be SPITEFUL he put the avocado inside SMASHED! i later called 3 other locations and they all said, of course, they always can put veges on the side no problem mini bowl or large, if the customer asks for it. this was the last straw for this place. Because previous times, food has been cold and I once found a hair in it. The "cook" who thinks he's the boss should learn customer service skills. and the woman at the front was also very rude.

By far the worst flame broiler i ever been to . Me and my wife went for a quick meal we order two half and half bowls to eat there. Once she brought it out it was cold and dry so i told her the meat was cold and if she can heat it up more and she did but you can tell she was upset that she had to heat it up . She wouldn't have to do that if they warm up the meat before giving us the food . After she brought it out my wife realized they forgot to put veggies on her bowl and when i told the cashier , she brought out a side of veggies. Than when i was half way eating my bowl i found a hair in my rice and i told the lady and showed her what i found in my bowl she offer to make me another bowl but i was super grossed out with hair that i lost my appetite . Worst flame broiler experience I ever had I wish that I looked at the yelp reviews for this location before arriving. While we were still there the lady was talking bad about us to a guy cashier with long hair . I never had this problem with any flame broiler beside this one dont come here its not worth it they will mess up your order and give you some cold , dry meat!!!

The women and man working this place are lazy and messy. These close 45 min early. The place is filthy. The woman has her son sitting in the restaurant. Someone should call Cps. The old man cooking doesn’t wear gloves or a mask and I saw him use the restroom and blow his nose. This location is a disgrace.

Brought in a dinner BOGO coupon. That's literally all it said on the coupon. I assume by two things the cheaper is free. Nope. Bought a works plate and a regular tofu bowl and got $6 off. Idk what the price even is. They don't honor their own coupons? These coupons were also specific to this location only not a general deal. It's the one closest to my house so I go every so often but will avoid when possible

Restroom is visible but has had an "out of order" sign on the door for several months. I asked the cashier if there was a restroom for patrons and she said "no". I asked if there was a public restroom nearby. She said "no". I asked where the employees use the restroom and she said "they don't".
