They messed up my order but then they made me a new one and I got to keep the old one AND they refunded the order because I had to wait for all of 10 minutes. So I got two free pizzas, and they were delicious.

Super solid spot. The girl taking our order was really nice. My kids got a cheese and pineapple personal pizza and I had a vegan cheese with olives and mushrooms and garlic. Good stuff! The biggest miss were the vegan tenders which were so gross bordering on the inedible. I tossed them out on the way out. Yuck! Save your money and stick to the pizzas.

Two stars for the nice cashier ( young and petite Latina girl ) . I understand being short staffed . But I've been waiting nearly 30 minutes for two personal pizzas. I went up to the register after 20 minutes to ask when my order would be ready ....I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone addressed me . And that was only after calling out for help . Honestly if an employee would've just politely told me they were having staffing issues I would've been alright waiting . Instead I was ignored . I do appreciate the refund though .
Great lunch deal. Good pizza. Salad had a few old pieces in it. But second time I went it was better.

This is my ultimate favorite pizza, I order at least once a week and usually the manager Paola, is very welcoming and I love the fact that she knows my order by memory! As long as she's there making the best pizza/Knots and having the best attitude I will continue coming back and recommending it!!
