True NY style deli, fantastic quality, and the service is memorable. Denise is amazing! She makes my day every time I order. Also, their fountain coke is SO good. They are always packed but attentive and quick to make your order. So grateful to have a spot like this in Newport! Great local shop.

Probably should just be called a deli as there is nothing NY about it, well maybe the price at $18 for a sandwich. Ralph's supermarket has better pastrami and corned beef. Store bought salad sides??? Flaccid pickle too; would have expected a half sour pickle or something of the like.Staff could be nicer.

The staff was unpleasant especially the hostess. When we finished ordering we learned that we'd have to wait half an hour. The chicken soup was too watery and lacked flavor. The corned beef sandwich was thin and the meat was dried out and shriveled.

Terrible experience with a female employe (Denise?) very rude, called me a thief and a liar for reporting a Grubhub order that was never delivered. Will go to Gallo’s, Champagnes or 17th St Deli in the future
