Came by around 2pm on Wednesday 3/13 and the store was locked with the lights off. I don't know if someone called out sick or if someone was on their lunch but there was no signs saying anything about being closed early or being closed permanently. Is this location still open? It doesn't say anything online or at the store about being closed.

I always order the piña colada from this location and they make it perfect! It's my favorite!!! I also just wanted to take the time to compliment NAYELI!! She always greets me with a smile, and is so attentive and she's just a big sweetheart! I'm always happy to see her when I visit this location and she even remembers my name! I work down the street from this location so I go often and I will keep coming back!!

The guy who was working on 2/17 in the late afternoon made the best smoothie and acai bowl I've ever had from any jamba juice and he deserves a raise bc he did it working a shift all by himself :)

Recently got Orang Dream Machine for the first time it's so good went in today for other one didn't remember the name but Magada B helped out by listing which one had orange. Super helpful, cheerful with a smile and kind. The drink taste amazing again good way to start the day.

U guys need to hire more workers .12 customers inside shop waiting for orders Saturday morning but only one guy is helping everyone. I waited my order more than 30 minutes it’s ridiculous

Came by this morning, asked for a chunky strawberry bowl. The girl basically gave me a cold soup... it was softer than a smoothie..........it's more of a cereal ......

Bad services, I stood at the counter with no one else in line and was ready to order with two workers behind the counter. One of the workers saw me but never acknowledged me or said anything to me. Store wasn't busy at all. I just walked out and take my businesses elsewhere. They should be fired and replaced with someone who wants to work and serve their customers. 7/22/23 at 9:30am

First time trying this place and was disappointed. I got 3 drinks and a sandwich. Of the drinks was kids size aloha pineapple, the cashier put banana strawberry instead and said I am doing it for the size purpose I didn’t like it but after confirming that they won’t make a mistake I agreed. For every cup I ordered she asked me 3-4 time, “sorry what size?”, she was not paying attention but gladly there was a visible screen too so I was tracking the order. When I got my order and stepped out to enjoy, noticed the sandwich has frozen scrambled eggs in it! went back inside and they kindly heated it for me. Got back to my party and noticed my kid doesn’t like his aloha pineapple since it tastes like banana…I tried it, it was indeed banana and strawberries. Went inside again and am asking them the drink is wrong…they insist that it’s pineapple!! I have tasted it and know what aloha pineapple should taste like…Very rude behavior and not apologizing for making the mistake. Bunch of immature and irresponsible folks at this place. I would never comeback. I would leave no star if I could

I've been here 3 times now and can confidently say it is the worst Jamba Juice I have ever been to.The customer service is so horrible. Every time I walk in here there is no one to take orders, and they don't come out from the back for at least 5 minutes.This most recent time (3/15 at 4:10pm), I came in to pick up my mobile order and the worker told me she didn't know the recipe to the smoothie so she couldn't make it.
