Most disgusting experience I've been through, I was assisted by a worker with Blonde hair with no Hat or net at all and tattoos, I can see her bun moving up and down as she was preparing my sandwich. As I got my sandwich i noticed something out of the ordinary and when I looked it was a hair, A Disgusting blonde hair on my food . Let alone she was just standing doing nothing .If you want special ingredients on your sandwich have her prepare it ?

When we walked in one of my family members went to the restroom after a couple minutes one of the workes asked me "Are you going to buy anything ?!" I explained that my family member was in the restroom the worker never apologized.

So, I messed up a catering order and under ordered by a lot. The team totally helped me out and put together what they could. The girl in the angel costume (Halloween today) absolutely crushed it, was beyond kind, and I'm so grateful. Shout out to the team. The food was perfect & service was 10/10! Thank you.

I grew up outside of Philadelphia. JM's cheese steak is the best on the West Coast. I ordered the Big Kahuna. Spicy with jalapeños that reminded me of hot spicy cherry peppers. Delicious!

This jersey Mike's location is probably the best one I've ever been to the bread is always soft and fresh. The meat is always cut in front of you in the lettuce is always fresh and crisp. Great service clean location and easy to park.

This is the the most amazing Jersey Mikes in souther CA. The staff is incredibly friendly, super sharp and fast as lightning. They even were able to help my 9 year old girl to expand her ham and cheese ( she takes off the cheese ) to add lettuce .

First time eating at a Jersey Mikes. Had the Philly #17, fantastic. Service was fast despite the long line, and the sandwiches for my whole fam were awesome.

Visited on 5/22/23. My order took 17 minutes to fill. After placing my order I stood next to the prep counter as the whole staff (5 people) watched me standing there, filling at least 20 new orders and never bothered to check on me. After 15 minutes I asked one of them about the status of my order, took her several minutes to figure out who I was and figure it out. When I asked about what had happened, she brushed it off with "the guy working the grill is a new trainee". This is management fault, if I was making $18 an hour for mind-numbing work I also would switch my brain and care for others off. I'd say match manager's compensation to the same level they pay the teams on the front row.
