Service was exceptional. David the GM went above and beyond to make our night an unforgettable experience. The Caviar with Quail Eggs are a must try, along with the Octopus appetizer. Looking forward to next time.

We go to Marche Moderne often, not only because it's located in our neighborhood, but because it's one of the best restaurants in Orange County, we are just lucky to live close by this place. The food last night, and every night we have been there, was fantastic. Their servers have been working at Marche for long time and they are invested in providing the best experience. Last night we had a great server and it was the case every single time we ate there. We love food at Marche as much as I like serving staff. They are always positive, welcoming, just great!

Only complaint is the "necessity" of valet parking in a mall! This is so unnecessary to try to squeeze an extra "dime" out of you at a restaurant that doesn't exactly charge "mall prices"!
This restaurant is always a pleasure. The staff is a great to work with. They know the menu. The bar staff turns out tasty cocktails. And the food is great and is beautifully presented. I was with a friend I haven't seen for a number of years. It was easy to converse. Thank you Marche Moderne.

Made reservations about a month or two in advance and got seated at a small table near the wall in the midst of traffic. Took forever to order and the server seemed to favor her regulars or people who seemed high in money over helping us. Food wasn't good, chicken was burnt and we didn't even finish our meals or hardly touched our entrees and had a 180dollar bill. The noise level was loud...could barely hear the person from across the table. We just don't need to return.

All six of us truly enjoyed our celebration at Marché Moderne David the GM so gracious our server Lorissa wonderful as was our delicious food. From the Hostesses to server GM and chefs a true dining experience. Dine there soon Diane

We enjoyed another wonderful dinner last night at Marche Moderne. The food was excellent, as always, and the service was extremely attentive. Everything, from the pre-dinner martinis to the 3 courses was perfect. I highly recommend Marche.

A legit upscale French bistro on the Newport coast. Lived in France for 5 years, and this passes every test for quality and authenticity, and surpasses most French bistros in the graciousness and attentiveness of the service. Fantastic wines by the glass.
Nice evening out. We were there for a quiet birthday celebration. Food was well prepared with the only exception was a small side salad that was over cooked. Service was excellent and atmosphere had a nice vibe but quiet enough to have a dinner conversation.
We love dining at Marche, the food is incredible at Michelin star level. The General manager David and his team are all excellent, always make our dining experience exceptionally amazing
Food was excellent. Had the sashimi and cod. Both were prepared perfectly. Definitely have to make my way back here to try the duck. Service was impeccable. Can't say enough good things about the staff.
It was our first time at this restaurant to celebrate my husband birthday. Food was good, staff was attentive. We ordered ice cream as dessert and was hoping for a small cake for his birthday. Not that we hope for free item, but that complementary bite size of cake seems to be a norm. However, the waiter came out with our ice cream we ordered with the candle for his birthday celebration. The ice cream that we ordered was charged on the bill. We just felt like nothing special was provided by restaurant if you are planning to celebrate special occasions. Considering the high price of the food and the type of restaurant, they can consider doing something out of their way to impress customers when they come to celebrate the special day
