Food is super deliciousHowever the service is horrible it’s like I walked in the room and my enemy is there! They hand the food and turn their head with attitude.

The employee moved slower than molasses, was unwilling to make sweetness adjustments to the drinks (which is normally offered) but after asking a couple of times, he said no we already presweetened them today and was unwilling to make them as they are unusually offered, the boba tea literally tasted straight like sugar, I asked if there was anything he could do he said no, so I just had to throw it away. Waste of $7.

Tucked inside the food court at Fashion Island, you will find one of the few Mochinuts in the OC. What are mochinuts you ask? Well, if you haven't jumped on the TikTok bandwagon yet they are basically a mix of traditional American donuts and Japanese Mochi. Made with rice and tapioca flour, they come in the signature "pon de ring" shape that makes them very identifiable. I've been curious about them for awhile but never wanted to cheat on my classic doughnuts. When the glistening new mochinuts caught my eye, I figured it might be the time to start trying other doughnuts lol When I finally caved and purchased some and opened my box of mochinuts, I was pleasantly surprised. I would best describe them as soft, chewy, but not too sticky. Flavors were very mild and despite the enticing decorative toppings, the mochinuts all tasted relatively the same. Additionally, I recommend you devour these morsels when they are fresh as they don't age well with time. By the next morning, the toppings started melting off the tops of my mochinuts. Were they still edible? Yes but I would recommend placing it in the microwave for about 15 seconds to soften them again. Overall, It was a great first experience and I definitely recommend giving them a whirl! Happy Eats!

Omg what is this sorcery!? This mochi donut is freaking amazing. So soft and chewy love the consistency and flavor and it was so fresh. Jay was nice and patient as he met meNavigate the menu and text my kids back and forth for what they wanted to order. We will be back for sure.

So yummy! It was my first time trying a Korean corn dog and I definitely wasn't disappointed. Totally understand the hype now.

The ube boba was great. The service, however, is lacking. I stood at the pay terminal while a young female employee was making donut boxes with her airpods in. Mind you, there was already a huge stack of boxes already made, at least 30. She looked at me and knew I was there but did not say a word to me and continued to make boxes. I ended up just blerting out what I wanted. She put in my order but did not give me a number nor take my name. She then took another 5 mins to make more donut boxes before making my order. There were 2 other people also waiting for their orders. She made the drinks and put them on the counter closer to her side than our. She did not call a number or name or even look up at us and began scrolling/texting on her phone. We all stood there for a moment before I ended up grabbing what I was hoping was my drink, looking at the other customers to see if anyone else ordered the ube boba. While I sat to eat, I saw several people stand at the counter, who she also ignored. I watched them all walk to the lemonade place to get drinks there.Again, the drink was good. But I can go to a thousand other boba places equally as tasty with an employee who can acknowledge a customer's existence.

Stood In line for 15min without the employee ever saying anything to us. No, “I apologize for the wait”, “I’ll be with you in a moment” or anything.Coming from a background of customer service, I found this highly unprofessional and this was my first experience with this establishment. And I felt like I was a ghost at the head of the line. I almost walked away however, upon finally placing my order… the employee never said anything. She took our order and then that was in. No greeting, no response. I feel as though business don’t provide enough customer service training to their employees and thus the customers suffer.Good food, bad business. Won’t be back.

Located in the food court at the fashion island mall. Worker was kind and welcoming. Ended up ordering the green apple lemonade, green tea boba tea. Hot cheetos and ramen corn dog. The boba was absolutely delicious and tasty. The corn dogs were amazing as well. Both unique flavors in themselves. Highly recommend

Delicious is not a good enough word to describe these doughnuts and corn dogs. Tried the Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Churro and Strawberry Funnel Cake. I like the thrilled chocolate the best, the chocolate was not over powering. For the corn dog we tried the cheese and potato, fire! Melty and gooy goodness, comes with mustard, ketchup and spicy sauce if desired. The service was excellent, the cashier was so sweet and made good suggestions as it was our first time. The store is inside the Fashion Island food court so I can get a little loud with all the people eating there. Tried another one of my six doughnuts in the morning and they were still soft and tasty.
