After I decalcified my old Nespresso machines (again), I bought more capsules and paid attention. WOW - I can buy single use capsules and they'll recycle the used ones at no extra cost. AND what I spend for per cup (smaller amount, less caffeine) is within +/- 50% if what I spend to grind beans and brew a pot at a time at home. The "Green consciousness" and how Nespresso designs their whole luxury coffee lifecycle / experience truly is awesome! Kudos to Nespresso! I am grateful to enjoy these products.

Lazy and rude staff. People who get orders didn't look at me and kept talking to each other. I was just waiting until they stopped talking and turned eyes to me. But I gave up and talked first asking for products.

Came from Vegas to check out the boutique was disappointed by the testing options they only had 2.. the service was okay was greeted but after was left alone until I walked up to order pods.. for a coffee shop didn't feel any energy!!! Also when I was waiting to try a drink instead of talking to us they were talking to one another gossiping about their relationship status.. o.0... they also had the blue espresso shaker and when I asked for one the guy said he didn't know why they had it out because they don't have it for sale.. pretty upsetting for my first time

Rude, stuck up employees. Walked in and the first thing the old lady said "i cant help you right now, im doing something" I didnt even say anything to u old lady i was just looking at the menu. Another guy helped me and cut me off while I was talking. This place needs to train their employees on some kindness. Sorry that you guys are miserable with your jobs but dont take it out on the customers.

Excellent experience, learned of newer Ventoux Machine that handles large capsules. Bought one on Sale, got great discount on Aerocino 3. Very enjoyable atmosphere and people, really happy with visit and purchase.
