P.F. Chang's food is always consistent. Never have to wonder if it will be a hit or miss meal preparation. I chose Newport Beach location over Anaheim, to avoid tourist crowd. Teddy was our server and she did a great job with a smile and personality. Mentioned a celebration at our table and was greeted with fireworks!!
This was my second visit to a PF Chang's. The first didn't go well but the operating partner of this location assured me that this experience would be different. IT WAS! Food came out hot and absolutely delicious. Sorry to hear he is leaving this location but the new location he is going to is lucky to have him. I know he will do great things there

Beware!This female staff named Connie got my order wrong, third time in this place. The Sesame chicken and soup smells like urine!?!I got sick and arthritis after eating their very unsafe and very expensive food! Go somewhere else!This rude manager Alex, just phoned me and said that their insurance will take care of my complaint, no apologies nor explanation about what they’ve done with my food that made me sick. Not happy..Go somewhere else!Food is not only very expensive, it cause arthritis which messed up my plan and day. Beware!Paid $40 for expensive food delivery, the door dash driver just left the food on the dirty floor twice! Not happy.Go somewhere else!This $60 price for just chicken and tofu!Expensive food. Not happy. Go somewhere else.o

Always love dining at PF Chang's, the ambiance, comfortable seating, and service always outstanding. The entrees are always delicious, my fave's are the hot and sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps, and the Mongolian beef. Our server, Josie was friendly, professional, and offered excellent service. first time at P.F. Changs and I thought it was alright. The shrimp wontons were very scrumptious and filling, loved the sauce it came with. The egg drop soup was also excellent and had a nice flavor/taste. The main entree I ordered was the crispy honey shrimp and I found it to be too sweet. I could not finish it. But the service was amazing and I would definitely come back again!!

We had the best lunch experience imaginable. Most of our restaurant visits since the 2020 shutdown has had mixed experiences: either good food at higher prices and zero service, or so-so food, higher prices, and zero service. But, this PF Chang's was fabulous in every way. Please give them a try so they never lose their contract at this location like their neighboring CF has. Great foot! Great waiters! Great greeters! Great management! Great location! Great portions for their price.

The place is clean and well kept. We did lunch which is a nice shortened menu at a cheaper price. Our server was nice and helpful with questions.
We reserved a nice table on window but got a table facing the stairways instead. Table for 4 was a bit too small. The food selection was good. They have a good wine list. The waitress was nice. The noise level was rather loud.

The meal was amazing. Charlie was our server and went above and beyond. Good conversation, and the food was wow!! It's been a long time since I visited a P.F. Change. I'm glad we came here for my birthday lunch!!
Side salad and spring rolls excellent, shrimp Kung pao not so much. Service was outstanding, atmosphere was middling. I'd love to go back just for the side salad and spring rolls. Parking was easy. One huge problem, one of our party is in a wheelchair. Restaurant was on second floor, we were told elevator has been nonfunctional for months. Anybody ever tried to get a wheelchair up an escalator? Extremely dangerous, not to mention the disabled person. Seems not only has management co driven out major tenants with high rents, they have failed to manage maintenance and repair
