Pandor has the best chocolate croissant and the best almond croissant. However, I ordered 2 orders of the classic benedit on Saturday and specifically asked for eggs soft poached. What I got was hard boiled eggs with nearly no Hollandaise. I know that the customer service gal gave the chef the info, but it did not register. Disappointed.Parking: Plenty of parking free.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is very good (not exactly authentic) so that’s not the issue. The staff seems to NOT want to be there, I’ve been 3 times now and every time I didn’t get as much as a smile…. Not welcoming at all… they are not rude, just don’t seem to care or want to have any conversation with you. It’s also quite sad that not a single person speaks French… don’t call yourself a French bakery if no one can communicate in French. I was excited to meet someone I could speak with, but was left disappointed.

The team at Pandor made a fantastic Chocolate Croissant and Panini. The iced chai latte was ok in Flavor but not outstanding.Pandor is located in a shopping area on 17th Street in Costa Mesa. It's tucked at the back of the Parking lot with other good places to get food.Pandor has fantastic baked goods and cakes. The staff is friendly and fast. It seemed like they were a little understaffed at the time I visited, there was a "stressed" vibe in the air.The interior is functional, it reminds me of chain bakeries in Europe. Nothing too comfortable, the sounds echo inside the bakery and it makes one not want to spend too long inside. The outside seating area is neat, there's plenty of seating but it was all taken while I visited.I love Pandors baked goods and the Lunch and Breakfast options are all fantastic as well. It would be great to update the interior to something more aesthetic and less echoing but, this doesn't take away from the outstanding produce!Parking: Parking is plenty

Had vegetable panini, almond croissant and coffee. Panini was great and coffee was good as well. Croissant is unnecessarily expensive that was $5. Will stop bye

Ok, a sugar donut ? It was gross! It was like eating an oil dripping sugar soggy donut. I have been here before and enjoyed a breakfast sandwich, and it was good. The staff was funny and nice this visit.

Rude and insolent staff. This staff does not say hello (although they are obliged to), they do not say goodbye. Arrogant stares. Nowhere I have not seen such brutality. I do not recommend it to anyone. Negative experience.
Pando Artisan Bakery is a delightful haven for bread and pastry enthusiasts. The aroma of freshly baked goods greets you as you step in, setting the stage for a culinary journey. The selection of artisanal bread and pastries is a testament to their dedication to quality and craftsmanship. From flaky croissants to hearty sourdough, each item is a testament to their commitment to excellence. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff add to the overall charm, making Pando Artisan Bakery a must-visit for those seeking a genuine and delectable bakery experience.
First time to try. I had eggs Benedict and found it just ok. The eggs were lukewarm and were on the too firm side. Latte was mostly foam.

Been here a dozen times and they almost never have my order in stock. Why is it on the menu?

Let me begin by stating how clean and well organized is the place. Everything is extremely fresh baked daily. It is the closest thing to being in France. Pandor has become my favorite catering/take out spot, Everyone comments on how beautifully food is packaged and displayed. The service is outstanding, and the owner always takes time to converse with his customers. I enjoy having my breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at Pandor. If you have a sweet tooth, then you must try the pastries at Pandor they are out of this world delicious.
