Arrived about 30 minutes before closing and the two employees let us know that their POS was down, but we could order online and they would make our orders. They were both very hospitable and took great care of us and the others waiting for juice and bowls.

I get the freeze which is one the best dairy free desserts in my opinion! I will usually get vanilla and chocolate side by side with almond drizzle and cacao drizzle and chocolate chips. It's friggn good and is so similar to soft serve. Service is usually quick Bc not a lot of people can afford on avg $8 for a bigger size I've cream. I've noticed between other locations sometimes the consistency of the freeze is different. Juices are pretty good too. There isn't a place to sit inside but there are tables outside.

Have gone here for years and lately the service just hasn't been as good as I remember. Tonight we weren't greeted at all and then were rudely told "we do close in less then five minutes so we don't have toppings". I could literally see the granola in cups in front of us. Then as we're leaving , they locked the door at 9:57. Overall bad experience and I've in worked customer service for many years.

Quality of freezes- 5 stars! Especially the acai and dragonfruit.Quality of customer service- hit or miss. :( One person working who was serving us was noticeably in a bad mood and unwelcoming. The other lady being the cashier was nice :)
