Nothing rattles me more than a poor pressed pour. We pay 8.50 and you can't fill it passed the brim? This is such a rip off

Always very good food/bowls. Very poor service though, they only had one worker doing everything. Eventually more came but they still took about 20 minutes to make the person in front of me's food. Very clean and cute store, just bad vibes because everyone is mad that their food is taking forever.

Each time I enter the store, I consistently encounter laid-back and unprofessional behavior from the staff, which significantly impacts the quality of customer service. Tonight's visit was particularly disappointing, as an employee was casually eating a banana and informed me that the only flavor left was sweet cream. On a previous occasion, I arrived at 7:56 PM, just a few minutes before their 8:00 PM closing time, only to be told that they were already closed with doors locked. This inconsistency in adherence to operating hours adds to the overall dissatisfaction. I am sharing this review with the hope that the owner of Pressed Juicery or someone from corporate takes notice. It's disheartening to think that these employees may be representing the business. Improvement in professionalism and service quality is crucial for maintaining a positive customer experience. And given the product's cost, one would expect a higher standard of customer service.

Whether You're Pressed for time or, hopefully, not, this is a great place to treat your body to delicious beverages, açaí bowls, or other healthy options., Located at the ocean side edge of peaceful, spotless, Fashion Island, right next to the spacious, complimentary parking lot, up on a hill, you can enjoy eating outside, if you're lucky enough to snag one of two comfortable chairs and a table, and watch the world of prosperous people go by, while you relax and enjoy a large plant-based açaí bowl with psychedelic purple frozen something, that tastes just like yogurt. It was a great spot for this 71 year old man to reflect on the days when he and his friends body surfed The Insane Wedge in the 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, and 1990's and lived to tell about it! It was also a great spot to mourn the loss of a man who personified the love of the ocean, even though it was in the Florida Keys, on September 1, 2023...Jimmy Buffett...No salt shaker needed. The wonderful, patient, young server filled me in on the history of this rapidly expanding, socially responsible company, and made sure that I will be coming back for more and registering for future notifications.

tasty açaí bowls! not as many base flavors as other frozen bowl shops but still a great treat to hold you over until dinner if you've missed lunch. The bowls are wide and short compared to most bowls that are shaped as for ice cream, so it's actually more convenient to eat the toppings without them spilling over! I'd come back for their juices or smoothies next time.

Some locations better than others. Also depends on which employees are working. Some are very happy and great, some are just unhappy at their jobs.

I've enjoyed pressed juices ever since I discovered them in 2018! Only recently did I venture to their bowls and soft serves. And the other day I found out you can use any of the soft serves as the base for the bowls! The woman that helped me out was so nice and friendly. She offered suggestions (like using the soft serve) when I was trying to find a lower sugar alternative to açaí and dragon berry. Lastly, she packed my bowl up and gave me largest blueberries I've ever seen!

What happened to Pressed Juicery!!! Why add syrup to their freezes??!! Not only they taste too sweet but this place was the ideal spot for peeps like myself that cannot tolerate (artificial) sugar. Their initial freezes were naturally sweetened with fruits and tasted so good. They didn't need any more sugar. I've been a long time customer. Unfortunately I wont be going back. So disappointed.

I love pressed and their freezes but the employees at the Newport Location literally make me resent the establishment. I was greeted with nothing but anger and annoyance, despite having THEM mess up my order

What happened to Pressed? I visited today, first time in a few years. I was informed the chocolate flavor will be discontinued soon. Is the goal to go out of business? I bought two of the small cups which works out to a couple bites and it cost $13. I feel hosed.
