I LOVE this place! My family and I wanted to go somewhere new and decided on Skal Pizza. It being our first time we didn't know what to get. Our server Payton was so patient and kind. He suggested the butternut squash pizza and the kale ceaser salad. And he was right, it was amazing! We could tell the staff were all so friendly and our server was especially helpful. If you want some tasty food definitely try this place!

The truth of the matter is that this place is a hands down 5 star location, 5 star ambiance, 5 star food. It's the service that stinks! The staff are very friendly but not attentive. The service is slowwwww, there is a constant lack of attention to detail and I've regularly had to get up from my table to ask for napkins, forks, or to order another drink. Previously you had to order everything at the counter then go back to your seat which was awful. So I think they are trying to figure out the service thing. I do think they expanded their seating to too many tables too quickly with too few staff and too little training. I do hope they find the balance here and figure it out. In the meantime go with low expectations on service but know you are in for a treat with the food, beer and wine options. I've been here about 10x since they opened, we are local and love the food but all bets are off on service which can make for a frustrating experience.

Amazing hot honey! We also got the kale Caesar to start and it was so delicious and fun breaking our salad open. The flavor of the salad was UNREAL too, 10/10 recommend. To top it off, as we were eating, our waiter took a dog next to us a complimentary bowl of water. Soooo nice!!We will be back- ASAP!

Ok.. so sometimes five star reviews may be overrated. Whether it's for the sake of being recognized and not wanting a booger experience or it happened to be a passionate day for the hands massaging my food or there's a gun to my head forcing out all the smiles but this five star.. this one is fully earned with what they offer and do. What kicks off this delish mouthwatering experience was a menu filled with incredible choices. Everything from the damn personal French pressed tea to the carefully yet complimentary pairing of ingredients leaves one longing to go find a priest and confess all of your mama's wrong doings. All the ingredients are visible with even the faintest glance, fresh and unblemished. Miso saffron pasta comes with its very own comforting creaminess holding, hugging spirals of pasta that just leaves you wanting more. Wishing for the plate to never empty. And that fried egg only kicked up the flavor profiles, if that's even possible. The sunflower ratatouille was.. so saucy and so full of texture and flavor. All the ingredients are cooked separately but candied in mandoline unison. I felt like I was eating my favorite kind of snacks and dinner all in one sitting. The only thing I may want is to have a little less sauce in the salads but who am I to mess with perfection. The plentiful sunflower seeds provides the missing remaining crunch and nuttiness one expects of in any salad. And their pizzas.. after just having tried one, I'm almost positively confident that you cannot go wrong with any of them. For those of you craving for marinara, you'll want to stay away, because it'll be difficult not to just tackle that pizza oven bar. Then demand for more. And more. And more. It's so light and tomatoy with a touch of honey or maple syrup and a scootch of cayenne? Whatever the case, I now can't live without it. Please keep up the magnificent work you guys!! If I had a ton of money I would throw it all at you for a kitchen in my home and lipo in my bath.

Nice place to sit by the water and watch the boats go by. They turn the heaters on so you can stay warm when it's chilly. We split a pizza which was the perfect amount. Shout out to Lucas for recommending adding mushrooms to our pizza. The flavor was incredible.

Taste overall was great but none of our warm food options were served hot which was disappointing. The service was good but we were sat outside when our reservation was for inside. That was fine but the outdoor heat warmers went out mid dining and we requested them to be turned on which didn’t happen. Furthermore, we were led to believe a drink option would be good by servers when I said I don’t like sweet options and was concerned about picking one of the drink options but the server said it wasn’t sweet. Side note. It was. I didn’t like it. Overall experience was a 3.5. Mid. Taste of food was good, was upsold on many options being told they were great choices. If food was served hot maybe. Left overall but with a mid score. Probs would not return again. Felt neglected and gaslit. Servers were nice tho and food mid.
