Very nice people! I came to the door well after they were closed and Alex let me in and made me a sandwich! Most other places to eat were closed and I explained that I had worked all day and hadn't eaten.. Alex didn't even blink.. he just said I'll make you a sandwich ..what would you like. He stopped cleaning and doing his closing duties probably 90 minutes after they closed. That is great service! The sandwich was great too!! Lol

I was charged double at this location because cashier forgot to charge for the soda on the third combo first charge was $44.00 the second was $47.12 this past month of August. I have reached out to company, left messages but no one has contacted me back I live over 30 miles from this location which makes it hard to go to the store to see if the manager is there since no one else can do anything about it and the several times I have called the manager is not there.

Well, be aware of getting less stuff such as chess ok n your subs, especially order for kids, I ordered 2 meatball subs but they put less chess on it, maybe they think kids don't eat much so they want to save food. BTY, you still pay same price with less food.... That's what you get...

Food was great but the guy that made our sandwich looked like he was having a bad day and when I asked to make a substitution on my sandwich he acted like it was such an inconvenience to him when no one was around.

2 time going here as I was working close by first time, I got my tuna, jalapeños , and lettuce the casual which I've never had a problem with , but yesterday may 2 2023 was the worst experience of my life went in to buy the casual tuna but this time a 6" I got a mango drink they have there aswell , I ate my sub and shortly after give or take an hour I started getting nauseous and 2 hrs later I'm throwing up all over the place ,,, which continued all night I couldn't even eat a decent cooked dinner at home cause I was vomiting every single piece of food ! Today I'm still very sick if I don't get better I'm going to the hospital I'm not sure what was it that got me sick the TUNA, jalapeño bread, the cookie or the mango drink they had ...Ps I got my sub for lunch at 12am after that I was sick all day and still am

Absolutely ridiculous. I've been to this location a few times and every time the service it's subpar but I don't really care, I'm just there to get in and get out. But today! I walk over and it's closed! The open sign is lit, and according to the hours posted on the door, they should be open. Even still, I think to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe they just forgot to unlock the door or something. I called twice and nobody answers. This was extremely frustrating and quite unprofessional.
