What a great find! Exceptional food and service, and amazing shrimp ceviche. The salsa was fresh and abundant. I love that there is also a coffee shop in same space and you can get boozy coffee after dinner.

We used to enjoy Todo Santos as a good family place to eat. Yesterday was Taco Tuesday which features some inexpensive margaritas. There was a group that had too much to drink and made it a very poor experience for the rest of us. The service was also much slower than what we have experienced in the past. Sorry - we won't go back for quite a while.

Great outside dining (with a heater nearby). We enjoyed the short rib enchiladas and drinks prior to watching the Newport Beach Boat parade. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was really nice. Highly recommend.

Great tacos and delicious warm Totopos are given free upon seating. Outside area very enjoyable and nicely lit at night, but inside the brighter-than-office level lighting and multiple TVs with unwanted, and mostly unwanted sports ruin the potential atmosphere. Get rid of the TVs and have a dimmer system installed! Food prices competitive except for $15/$16 house drinks (like a vodka/orange) place Todos Santos well above what they offer in ambience and food, so for us is not worth becoming "regulars", which we would be with normal area cafe drink prices.

Walking distance from our beach rental... the most serendipitous goldmine. The guys behind the counter were so warm and engaged and Monica, our server was wonnnderful. The food was presented beautifully...and it was probably the beat brunch I've had in YEARS. Fried jalapeños?! Yes please. I could have just eaten a whole bowl of the salsa (I probably did accumulatively) because it was THE best salsa I've ever evvver had. Lovely, airy vibes, exceptional service, PERFECT food. Very well done.

Food and cocktails were excellent, service was a tad slow, but didn't impact our overall experience. We were a large party (7) and needed to be somewhere an hour from when I made the reservation. Very nice addition to the island.

Six of us enjoyed our dinner to different degrees. The Chile Verde was outstanding. The Chicken Tostada Salad was very good. The Camarones and Halibut tacos were cooked nicely but did not have enough toppings/sauces to go with them and seemed flat. I recommend ordering guacamole, salsa or sour cream for them. Rex was our server and did a fine job. He provided good service with a sense of humor on the side. We enjoyed the house margaritas. I will go back because they offer a nice selection of dishes.

While I think the concept of the restaurant is nice, I found the food adequate at best & overpriced Margarita was just meh too. Much better tacos at other restaurants in Newport Do better

Such a great find! Intimate, with truly different Mexican food that's just outstanding. We've eaten here 6 times so far, and have yet to find a dish that wasn't memorable. Friendly service every visit. And the margaritas are good too!

Celebrated a birthday with friends on Taco Tuesday and we couldn't have been more pleased with the excellent service and delicious tacos, short-rib enchiladas, and margaritas! Loved sitting on the patio and enjoying our dinner celebration al fresco.

We had been looking forward to trying Todos Santos ever since it opened and we were not disappointed. With its open-air atmosphere and nice dog- friendly patio overlooking the summertime activities of Balboa Island, this place has a lot going for it, including friendly service, great food with reasonably sized portions, and fun drinks. We enjoyed the sangria, the spicy halibut tacos and the suiza enchilada which was made veggie for me. We'll be back!

Solid coffee, happy to have this place close by.

Great meal! The Chile Verde was amazing (so were the flautas) as was the service. Rex went out of his way to engage with our kids and made sure they had a good time.

Food was delicious - we had 4 different tacos and spare rib dish. Service was good but a little slow. Our server was very pleasant and helpful, but they seemed to be a little shorthanded. Price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality and presentation of the food. The ambiance is great - who wouldn't enjoy sitting on the patio on Balboa Island near the Ferry? We wish them all the best!

Hostess did a lovely job greeting us and Rex our waiter was attentive + entertaining! Food excellent - had the 3-taco plate (mixed shrimp, chicken + asada). Lemon drop martini with sugar rim very good. Sat outside in the overcast cool evening but heat lamp did the trick! Great local spot on same street as Balboa Ferry (not on Marine Ave.)...
