This review is for the outstanding service Juan the manager provided on a recent visit. I was misled by one of their web campaigns for birthday and he helped correct the error. He was charming to work with and I walked out with a lot of cake and cupcake than I had planned on buying. The store owner is lucky to have someone like Juan bc he converted a disappointed customer to one that will come back for more cake. Thank you Juan!

The gluten free peanut butter cookie and the GF gluten free peanut butter and chocolate cookie sandwich thing were soooooo freaking good. Very rich so try to wait till you get home to eat it with milk.

I had the desserts that were at an event. The people were friendly and helpful when asking about the desserts. Their cupcakes aren't too sweet but I felt that they were a bit doughy. Cookies were great! Soft, chewy, not too sweet, and had the right consistency. The peanut butter cookie with crème in between was amazing! It was a bit too sweet for my liking but still really good! They have a 7 layer treat that was really good too. Loved that the desserts in general were not too sweet.

Cakes for miles!! I was celebrating my birthday away from home and searched for a cake shop nearby to treat myself to a slice, and happened to fall on this location across the street from my Airbnb! The service was lively, and I even got a "happy birthday" from the staff. Choosing was hard but I left with a piece of German Chocolate cake which to my surprise was being discontinued?! What?! Why?! This was the most delicious piece of cake I've had forever! Moist, chocolatey, and huge! Definitely will stop by again next time I'm in town!

The location of this place is on 17th street in Costa Mesa, beside Okean Coffee and Nordstrom Rack's mini store. They open at 10am. Parents, grab your coffee at Okean then go take your Little to Susie's Cakes. Cupcakes are $5.00 each (yes, a bit pricey!!!) and same size as regular cupcakes although I am guessing you're paying for the extra, delicious frosting. The cupcakes are moist and if dry, just take some frosting and mix it into the cupcake. It's rich and tasty with many flavors. We chose Vanilla/Red Velvet and Chocolate Banana cupcakes. This is a CASHLESS store upon our first visit here. However with Littles I teach them mindfulness with money, so we always pay cash. The store employee, "Raven" was both patient, lovely and kind to us and we were so blessed by her upon our first visit here. Thank you Susie's Cakes!

I love how moist their cupcakes are compared to competitors. Their cupcakes are the perfect level of sweetness. They're located in a busier plaza with limited lot parking and a parking structure. Ordering online went smoothly as the service was organized and quick.
SusieCakes is my family's go to for getting cakes for special occasions. The frosting is delicious and so is the cake. Ordering online makes it super easy and you're able to fully customize the lettering on the cake so it's ready for pickup. Inside the stores are super cute and they have a section for candles/cake toppers as needed.

Unethical charging their customers 3% (Team Health Insurance) without telling them! Look at your receipt! We should have the option to opt in or out, just like we have the option at checkout for donating or rounding the cents up! I will never return to Susie Cakes; it's too sugary of a dessert for my taste buds, anyhow.

For a moment, I even thought these exquisite cakes and cupcakes belonged in a museum. Choosing a flavor took us some time because every single one looked irresistibly tempting!Not only was the cake superb, but the frosting was equally delightful.Tomorrow, they will be celebrating their 17th birthday, so let's all wish a happy birthday to Susie! ??
