Asked for fresco style on my food and they just gave me a ton of onions in my burritos with no tomatoes lol. Not a great experience. Ate a few bites because I was hungry and they refused to refund because it was through the app.

Food is great, but prices have really ratcheted up over the years. A simple crunchy taco or soft taco should be a dollar or less, considering their meat is mostly Soy filler. The drive through wasnt working and the guy taking the order was rude.

got a DoorDash order recently on 9/2 and got a box como with a large drink. upon getting my order the driver just handed me the bag and took off. I asked him about my drink and he stated they didn't give him one. Is it really that hard to READ AN ORDER AND INCLUDE A DRINK? are you or anyone working not able to double check an order? gotta be kidding me. do a better job

I would literally give this .5 stars if I could, but I can't. Every single time we come our order is wrong, they never have cup holders, and the workers are pretty rude and rushed us. The food is horrible, I have an allergy and I always ask for my food without the allergen (it's an ingredient that isn't central to the food) and EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL they add it to my food. EVERY TIME. Like what the fuck? And then when you go through the drive through, they talk over you and don't understand what you're asking for, then try to say what you're going to say as you're saying it. Let me order first and then repeat it back to me if you have questions? I was in the food service and this is just horrible. To the managers: how do you NEVER have supplies? You literally order them on a weekly basis. If you run out of supplies every week before your new order comes in, ORDER MORE. Holy shit. This is legit the WORST taco bell Ive ever been to. Just take the L and go to the Mcdonald's down the street

I honestly feel so bad for this spot. There was only four people working at 12 am and they had a line out the door. What makes this worse is that there was no drive thru either. I was waiting on an order for about twenty to thirty minutes because of how packed with people it was. It doesn't help with younger people pushing their way through the line and always demanding attention from the staff. Taco Bell needs to do better for this location and at least give them a few extra employees to help with that rush after people get out of the bars surrounding the area.

The food is fine, nothing goes wrong with my order. However the wait times are horrible. Always every time I come orders take centuries. I got in before the lunch rush, no one in the lobby and I waited 30 mins almost 40 mins for my order. I had to rush back to school thinking I had enough time when it wasn't the case. Lesson learned: Order online or go through drive thru. The inside is also very hot which is another reason I don't like going in.
