I visited this place to eat simple food with a cocktail around 3 o'clock. I ordered a pina colada, chocolate mousse cheesecake and calamari. The calamari was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Calamari is highly recommended. Piña Colada was absolutely perfect. The chocolate cake was a bit sweet, but very good for sharing. The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere of this restaurant was also enjoyable. I will try other menu next time:)

Super disappointed in the herb crusted salmon and asparagus take out order this evening. The salmon was over cooked and dry, herb crust burned and the veggie was over done and burned as well. I called restaurant and requested manager to advise but was transferred around and finally just hung up.

Best Cheesecake Factory experience so far! I've been to Fashion Island many times but never tried this restaurant there until now. Food is delicious and the service is great. There is plenty of seating room as well. Definitely will be coming back! Chicken Alfredo pasta and the salmon were pretty good. Dynamite shrimp is not spicy and perfect as is. Taquitos are always a must. Pizza is perfect to share too! Food is worth the wait time.

Wonderful experience! Delicious food, great, fast service, and good views! We love coming to Cheesecake Factory! Little too - check out the "special menu" for new items! Shoutout to our server Elle who was phenomenal with recommendations! Will be coming back.

So, have you ever ordered food that you recognize has "something" missing flavorwise and then ask what hot sauce the restaurant may have (that could help out the issue)...To then have them respond with they only have Tabasco, so you ask for to go containers, finish your drink, pay your bill & then go home and eat the food at home? Yeah, so that happened today at The Cheesecake Factory at Fashion Island and that must be why I haven't physically been to a location in over 10 years. I love things spicy but many times asking for hot sauce is because the food is questionable in being palatable and this is an attempt to make it tolerable to be eaten in the moment. Vinegar based hot sauces have their place but it really is limited and shouldn't be a singular offering norm. Do they have any options to enhance their food beyond Tabasco, ketchup, salt & pepper? I wouldn't know because I was only offered Tabasco. If Tabasco is all you have and the person doesn't want that then offering of any kind of suggestion for options to improve the flavor profile & dining experience would be appreciated but I didn't even really hear crickets when I indicated the Tabasco wasn't going to be an option, they pretty much just shrugged, turned around & walked away. Given the quality of the food & service, my tip shouldn't have even been 20% (let alone over it, which it was) but I really just wanted to get out of there to try to salvage some of the meal at home. Sadly, they need to also learn that ahi poke shouldn't be gray in color, nor should it just taste like you are having a mushy spoonful of the marinade they obviously soak & drown it in...if it is fish then it is supposed to appear & taste like fish. The truth is, I should have known it wasn't going to turn out well when before ordering food I asked what IPAs they had and I was told Stone & Sculpin, so I then asked which Stone & which sculpin and that was met with a very confused look from our server. Apparently, they had zero knowledge that Stone made more than one beer (FYI they carry the basic Stone IPA) or that Ballast Point made more than one sculpin (FYI they carry the basic Ballast Point Sculpin). Had we been in LA I would have made a joke along the lines of, "So, what yer tellin me is that ya basic!", but we were already in OC and it would have just been a situation of stating the obvious that would have likely just confused them even more. The only thing the trip to The Cheesecake Factory did was remind me why I always pick Yard House when I have been given the option of the two in the past because even the deserts at Yard House are better than The Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes.

I love this restaurant. The Avocado Eggrolls are my go-to order, and they're absolutely amazing! Wait time is usually pretty short, and the staff is very friendly.

This low review is due to the fact that we had dinner reservations and a member of our group was 96 years old. We were told that the policy is when you have a reservation you get the next available table. What's the point of a reservation??

We don’t normally review Cheesecake Factories as they are always normally really good and an always reliable restaurant that you can guarantee a good meal and experience. However, our visit to this particular restaurant was memorable due to the really good service we were given by the waitress Erika, she was super friendly, pleasant and spent a good time engaging in conversation with us but was super on top of making sure our drinks were refilled and helped us choose from the menu. Food as always was really good, and the menu is so huge its always a difficult decision what to go for – but we are never disappointed!

We came here two nights in a row. Both times we sat in the bar, first at a high top & second at the bar. The service is wonderful!!! Delicious food, a plentiful amount and a good variety! This will become our regular to-go-to place! And what a dessert menu!!!

Great tasting food and atmosphere. We had a party of 6, and the service was excellent. I ordered a soft drink and the server did an amazing job of keeping it full the entire night. The Shepherds pie is so good. Topped it off with cheese cake. The best!

We stopped by this cheesecake factory for an early dinner during the week. It was very easy to get in and get seated. Love the location here because there is nice shopping around it if there is a wait. The service was good and the food was good. I had the Tiramisu cheesecake, which was so delicious. Our food came out quick and was hot. Our waitress was attentive and even gave us extra rye bread to go. This was probably one of the better experiences we've had at one of these places. Definitely will visit this location again.

The service and food were great. My New York was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes, mouthwatering. We had a server that took great care of us despite them being slammed. Couldn't award 5-stars because my old fashioned was terrible, tasted like rocket fuel. Granted, it is a hard drink to make, but I did expect it to be drinkable. Unfortunately, it was not - next time, will go with a Coke or Pepsi. Other than that, the ambiance, food and service were on point.
