Just discovered this little hidden gem. Was born and raised in Chicagoland area, and naturally miss those Chicago Italian Beef sandwiches. Used to get them from Portillos back in the day. Anyway, my 2 brothers in Fort Worth TX were bragging about a new Portillos that just opened up by them and it got me hankerin for a Chicago Italian Beef sandwich. We've eaten there three times now. Wife loves the beef hot dogs and I've had the tri tip dip multiple times, which is very good! The Italian seasoning in the au jus is good.

Yummy. Food was delicious. The spicy peppers had my mouth tingling. Could use more knowledgeable cashier as when it's your first time you would want to know toppings of all the many sandwiches and dogs. Also many conflicting price signs for the same item. Got a beef sando and al Capone dog both were repeatable. Cannolis were great. Can't wait to try again.
