We've never eaten at the restaurant. We always order for pick up. Which is definitely the way to go when Badlands is busy. Their baby back ribs slide off the bone. The brisket is juicy and tender! It's a bit on the pricey side, but Badlands is worth every red cent I've spent on their BBQ. DELISH!Parking: If the shopping center is busy, plan on doing a few laps to find a parking spot. I don't mind because their food is worth it.
Good food. The problem is when there are more than 10 people in line waiting. The meat no longer reaches the table at the ideal temperature. I believe the priority is for deliveries. At least my order arrived warm. Meat fat no longer behaves the same.

I love this place and wish I had more stars to give it. I live in San Diego but any time I'm in the area I stop in. The BEST BBQ in California! The food, the atmosphere, and the service are just top tier! So damn good!
