I went at 830. The chairs were put up, so I thought they were closed when online it said that they were open until 10. Wasn’t a big deal because I was just going to order and leave anyways but when I got to order and I told him I wanted a double scoop of cookies and cream he said that it wasn’t available that it was an item that was put away with some of the other flavors on the right side Which was confusing due to the fact that like I said, it said they were open till 10 online. They closed earlier and they were trying to get out earlier. So then update your hours online. It may just be me, but I feel as if you close at 10 then you should have all flavors available for customers until you close not an hour and a half before and you’re already putting items away

Came here for a after work snack, was waiting in line for about 10 minutes which wasn't shocking with it being after 5:00 in the hot california sun. The reason why I only gave 2 stars is because the crew that was serving us that day seemed to be taking it out on us that they had to be at work. Should definitely hire some better character people but the food was fine.

I Came Here With My Two Kids And Husband A Couple Weeks Ago . It Was Around 40 Mins Before They Closed And As Soon As We Drove Up To The Parking Spot I Looked Inside From My Husbands Car And Immediately Saw Both The Workers Unwelcoming Facial Expression . I Didn't Think Much Of It . So We All Got Down And Into The Store And As Soon As We Walked In The Guy That Was Working There Was About To Tell His Other Coworker To Tell Us That They Are Closed , But He Stopped Himself . We Proceeded To Order Just One Scoop Of Ice Cream Each So It Was Nothing Big . We All Ordered Something Simple And Easy. When My Daughter Got Her Cup Of Ice Cream She Kept Thanking The Guy That Served Her Ice Cream Over And Over Again And He Wasn't Even Acknowledging It. In Which I Thought "Rude" , But I Didn't Say It Out Loud. Anyway , The Last One To Order One Scoop Of Ice Cream In A Cup Was My Husband And He Wanted A Flavor That Was Getting Put On The Cart To Take Inside I Guess , But It Was Literally Right Behind The Person Scooping Our Ice Cream And He Didn't Want To Give It To Him . And My Husband Said "Well Its Right Behind You . You Can't Just Quickly Get A Scoop Before You Take It Inside ?" And The Guy Hesitated And Made An Unpleasant Facial Expression Almost As If He Was Rolling His Eyes At Him And Scooped It And Served It To My Husband. We Paid And Left . Overall , We Felt So Unwelcomed And Customer Service Wasn't Pleasant. I Would Understand If It Was Like 3-5 Minutes Before Closing , But Come On It Was Literally 40 MINUTES Before Closing And They Were Already Putting Chairs Up And Mopping And Putting Ice Cream Buckets Away As If It Was Seconds Before Closing. Not A Friendly Place . Rude Customer Service . Doesn't Feel Welcoming And You Get People With An Attitude And Rude To Serve You . I Do Not Recommend It Here . I Rate This A 1 Star Mainly Because They Were Rude To My Kid And Not Acknowledging Her Manners When She Was Served.
