Simple. Teach your employees to be friendly to customers. The women that work morning shift have absolutely no personality and look and act as if someone is forcing them to work. Food is not always fresh and their shitty attitudes do not help. Hope the owner reads this or loses a loyal customer.

If you're out of medium cups you upgrade to large for medium price. That's it. You don't try to wheel and deal or sell them up. If you mess up or run out of something it's on you, not the customer.

I usually go through the drive thru. Any time Karina is working, the drive thru line is short, she works fast, and always has a smile on her face. From personal experiences, working fast food sucks, so props to Karina for ALWAYS keeping a smile on.

This is one of the best Jack's I've been to ever. It's clean, the food is fresh. And they have all the sauces.
Tried getting something quick to eat after work at 1am. Pulled into the drive thru and the rudest lady over the intercom stats "we closed already" when I proceeded to ask what time they close she went silent nothing from them. Lazy lazy workers. Sub par food from this place. The only reason I made going to get food from this place an option is SPECIFICALLY because they are supposed to be open until 2 am. Unreal would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend

Not sure if workers are lying or not but their location says 24 hours but when I went at 12:45 am the person working the drive thru said they were closed if so they should really change their hours on google
Service is not as good as other location. The worker block the restroom and said "yes" you can use the restroom but never see "people" walk out the restroom If you don't want people use the restroom just put Out of service sign in the door instead of lie to customer !!

This location always has my special orders right. The wait is not very long and customer service was great. I believe the worker's name was Albany. It's rare to get friendly customer service at most drive thru restaurants nowadays. Keep up the great service!
