Service is not satisfactory, waited 10 minutes before i even got asked my order and waited an extra couple minutes for my receipt while the employees behind the counter were figuring out a refund and i was there patiently waiting in front of them

This location is the WORST. First I stood there at least 5 minutes without being greeted at the counter. It was 5pm and only one hot and ready available. Why are dinner time do they not have any pizza ready. I bring it home and hard as a rock and dry horrible tasting. The lobby is freezing . This is my second visit since moving here. Both times horrible experience. Will not be back !!!

Walked in to place an order and was told they were not taking walk in orders. This was 7:45 pm on Friday 3/15. Was not given an explanation why. Do like the pizza when I can get it.

We like the pizza and the price, but management... wow. I am not sure if the corporate system has unrealistic expectations of how long it takes to make pizza or if the workers need more help or training.. but the poor kids working there are so behind and having to deal with a lobby full of angry customers that have been waiting over an hour past their assigned pick up time. They really need to figure out how to get on track and get orders out faster. So sad because it's right by our house, but unfortunately after the last 3 times having such bad experiences I don't think we will be returning any more. And the half a dozen people I talked to outside feel the same way.

Takes forever to get your food. If you are going to order pizza order a couple hours before.
Always "understaffed" and the app says your food is ready when it's really not. You'll wait an extra hour in the parking lot. Every time we order here something is wrong with the food as well. The staff was so far behind on orders that they quit making crazy bread and only offered a substitute, while a "partial" refund was not an option. This is one of the few decent pizza places in Norco and they cannot get it together. Very disappointing experiences, and I'll continue individual reviews with my orders until someone figures it out.

We are going on 45+ min now for one cheese pizza, sitting at 20 min over the max estimated time. Not crowded in the slightest, no one here cares.

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 crazy bread on the app at 5:45pm. Took 1 hour to be ready. Got home and the crazy bread was completely cold. I live very close by so it didn't happen in the drive. They are slow everytime but this was by far the worst. Plus I had to microwave the crazy bread to make it edible.

Ordered a pizza for Halloween Party at 5pm. It was suppose to arrive by 6pm. Never came. Contacted grubhub as per suggestion on App and was told it would be there by 630pm and if it didn't come to contact customer service again. 645 pm came and went and I contacted them once again. The agent assured me that the order was on the way and if it was later than 715 we would get full refund and credit for inconvenience. By 745pm I called, still no pizza and now the customer service agent would not be able to honor the credit. Waited almost 3 hours for a pizza that never came, customer service is a joke. If you order from here just pick it up. Actually, don't order from here. Take your business elsewhere
