I ordered a thin crust extra sauce pizza . this was the worst pizza I've ever had. even store bought frozen is better than what they gave me.They overcooked it so the cheese n sauce were unrecognizable. Domino's and papa John's do it 100% better

Been going to pizza hut where I live but quality and staff has gone down. Gave the Norco a chance and was way better experience. Locations do make a difference.

Horrible service. Asked for Utensils they wouldn't give me any. Asked for 3 ranch it was .99 cents each. No problem with that but then it came out to 3.50. Pretty sure California sales tax is 7.25% don't know how it would come out to $3.50. Just on principle alone I couldn't give this con franchise anything extra. After I paid $40 bucks a for a pizzabox couldn't even get some forks for the pasta. Never coming her again and would advise others don't either.

This was the worst. I ordered over the phone. They said "15min" I got there and they are arguing witha family. Super awkward I had my daughter with me so we waited in the car. When they left I got in and the girl was in the back vaping it . I called her out called the cops and left ! Never again will I be here. I gave my food to the homeless guy outside and left

Great customer service. was having a really hard time trying to get a coupon to go through online and Danielle took the time to make sure that the coupon went Through was exceptionally helpful and pleasant thank you so much .
The pizza I received was terrible. There was barely any cheese on it, which made the crust hard, not crispy, but hard and un edible. We normally go to other pizza chains but we figured we'd give ole pizza hut a try, but never again. We will stick with our regular places.

Ordered a meatlovers, cheese bread and a 2 liter. Received a new Yorker pizza, cheese bread and no 2 liter. Last time I order delivery from them.
