Chicken was fantastic. Only concern was the long wait time thru the drive thru(20)minutes. When I reached the cashier she had a nonchalant attitude and response when asked about the long wait time. I am a director in customer service(40+ years) and I would strongly suggested that Popeyes mgmt would upgrade their customer service training. I would not have minded the long wait if the person at the window would have apologized for the long wait. Sometimes doing the little things are important.

***Beware*** I ordered an 18 piece wing honey bbq and sweet spicy and they only gave me 12. The flavor was wrong as well. I got ghost pepper instead of sweet n spicy. Please check your food when ordering at this restaurant. This restaurant will never get my money ever again.

Ordered a 16pc tender meal, it was basically $50, and the tenders do not look like the picture advertised at all. This is not a chicken tender, this is a chicken tender bacon strip. My family was still hungry and we went to in n out after. Don’t waste your money here.

Garbage service from young workers with attitude.Especially from skinny kid with glasses..Might get a reality check one day from wrong person with his attitude. Always check your bag because workers don't like doing any work and u have to ask twice for simple forks or napkins. Because they too busy chit chatting instead of doing what they get paid for.

Most of the employees are nice but this tall guy , brownwith curly hair was being rude , I asked for my order and he said ok , and walked away. I approached him and asked ok as almost ready, I'll go get it , we are making it .He was just giving me attitude.
