I got a honey citrus mint tea which is so easy to make but it tastes so bad I think they just gave me water with a sprinkle of lemon or something but it tastes so off of what I’m use

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this Starbucks has incredibly unsuited people staffed. I also work in customer service, so I totally understand how difficult and frustrating it is dealing with customers all the time. There’s been multiple times my order has been wrong and they’ve repeatedly read my order out to me with the correct stuff but then give me an incorrect order. I don’t ever say anything but it’s happened so many times that it’s just annoying.I totally understand feeling frustrated when a customer comes in last minute with a big order when you’re about to close, but I checked the times, and I came an hour before they closed to get a peppermint hot chocolate, and it tasted like they put something like caramel in it, instead of peppermint. I had also ordered a milk with no ice and I got a milk with ice. There was no one else in the drive thru line, and it didn’t really look busy inside, but since I was the only one in line for the drive thru I would have been fine waiting for my order as long as it was made correctly. I don’t know if the staff was tired or just feeling petty, but I just wish they wouldn’t get my order wrong on such a slow night.

Recognizing my distress, they swiftly remade both drinks without hesitation, transforming my dismal experience into one of warmth and care. Despite my initial gruff demeanor, fueled by the hardships of the day, their genuine concern and adept service softened my edges. In the midst of their bustling cafe duties, they became not just skilled baristas but true friends.I must confess, my attitude was far from gracious, and I extend my sincere apologies for any undue frustration I may have conveyed. Nevaeh and Katie's exceptional empathy and professionalism demonstrated a level of understanding that transcended the typical customer service experience. In a world often marked by impatience, they proved that genuine compassion can turn a challenging moment into a shared human connection.This Starbucks has now become my sanctuary, a place where not only coffee but also camaraderie soothes the soul. Love this Norco neighborhood bistro ?It has a gteat local feel for a chain store. Staff is courteous, skilled and accommodating. The crews are always friendly, yet focused on tasks. Also recommend new drinks and food.The inside and the restrooms are consistently clean and well lit.The drive thru is efficient, clear and consistent. I often use the app - never an error.I tip both drive thru and inside! Also, pay it forward for the car behind me.One of the best Cali *$ I visited! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️++Kid-friendliness: I walk over with grandkids, stroller and German Shepherd who waits by the door. Good applesauce options and kind cashiers for kids with the Cakepops. Easy to have them help pick up our previously clean table. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Placed an order today 11/26 at 10:43. The order took over 20 minutes for 3 drinks. When I went inside there was one of them made so I don’t understand why the other ones weren’t. Were they putting it off or too lazy to make them?Once inside I still waited 10 minutes while other orders were being sent out. I was the only one there waiting and they knew what I was waiting on but still chose to prepare like 5 others.In the end it took 13 minutes over the estimated pick up time and I was late to my plans after. I don’t understand why they took so long when they had my order, I was standing there, and they had 8 people in the building. Set a terrible start to my day.

Slowest Starbucks. Starbucks manager steals money. Nov 17 630 After over twennty mins and I asked about my cold brew and the barista got offended and said I'm being disrespectful and to give me my money back. I was fine with that and told the manager "saying I'm not being disrespectful is not disrespect" and then the manager said she was not giving me my money back even though I never received anything. The barista was mad cause i saw her cut someone in line.A "regular customer" walked right up was recognized by the busy barista. She tells the baristas she just made an Internet order. The barista tells her "what was it? I'll make it right now"2 other customers noticed and commented about the line cutting stating their internet order were placed long before the customer that walked in and said she just placed an Internet order.I had been waiting over 20 mins for a cold brew, and 2 customers that ordered after me, received their drinks, so I ask if the cold brew is still getting made or if it was left off.I asked after the"regular"customer came in. The manager never even heard what was going on and was power tripping stealing people's money.

Customer service is poor at this location. Vanessa was super rude. I would not have an employee in a position to speak with customers if she can't provide amazing customer service. I was there on 8/19 at 9:20am for mobile order pick up.
