Ate here on a Friday night around 7:30pm. The restaurant was not crowded or busy so you would think the service would be fairly quick. The staff is very friendly but super slow. There were only two in my party and the food took about an hour to come to the table. I ordered the smash burger and it was delicious once it finally came. This place is fine if you have young kids and they are still very wiggly. There were kids getting up from their tables and walking away with their friends and playing outside. It's a very casual, loud atmosphere well suited for young families. Lots of dudes, yelling at the game on TV and drinking. I had to bring my child to a party there so I had to stick around but it's not my first choice of places to eat. But this is great for families that have young kids and want to get out and not stress about how their kids are disturbing the other patrons.

Glad there's a place to retreat to and have something to eat and drink between games. Thank you Stephanie for the great service. My Smash burger was delicious!

We finally decided to go here as a family and we loved the atmosphere ! This place has a ton of potential as it has a great location and a lot of space. The service was ok but the staff spends a lot of time chatting around with each other. Our waitress was friendly and helpful but the wait times were not great. The reason I came here to review is the food! From the start , the Brussels sprouts were mush yuck. The main dishes , only 3 choices, were not cooked right at all. My chicken tasted like a tire so I sent it back. My daughters dish tasted like a rock and my husbands sandwich was so salty he only took one bite. His beer was warm but my margarita was excellent. The pizza dough was raw and we did take it home and put it in the oven for our son.We really want to like this place but the food just killed it for us .

Just went to an event there and the service was the worst, and the older lady serving had the worst attitude ever. Then to go to the restroom you had to go way downstairs no handicap access unless you were using the elevator which they had to bring the key and wait for at least 20 minutes for someone to bring the key to open the elevator. I would not spend my money on hiring this place for any kind of event. Don’t even mention when it was time to bring the food out some didn’t even get to eat till almost everyone else was done. Kids included just very bad bad service. Was very disappointed. I felt so Bad for the people hosting the party.

Upon our arrival we were greeted in the parking lot by Guillermo who told us he was the kitchen manager/chef and they weren't open yet, but said he would open the restaurant for us. I told him we would wait till they opened but he insisted that we come inside and he would serve us. He took our order, went back to the kitchen and cooked it also. After about 15 minutes he brought our food out and served us as well. The food was excellent as it had always been. I've been to the field house a few times previously but this time I chose to write a review because the quality of service was outstanding. Guillermo and the staff went out of their way and made us feel that he really appreciated us as a customer. If you have never been to the field house I promise you won't be disappointed.

I came here the last 3 times and man has it gone downhill. Thursday night and it’s dead. I think it has a lot to do with the repeated bad service by the hostess and servers. They seem really mean and don’t care. Today August 10, 2023 around 7:30 pm there were two young girls greeting me members. We asked the first girl if we could sit outside and she gave an attitude and said she would ask her server. The server came out and said only if it’s the tables close to the building. She said this to her hostess not us. There were others seated at the area with the tvs closer to the stairs and they got their food AFTER us. It seems it made them angry they had to walk extra steps. Real shame. This place has such a good location but abysmal management. Heroes is going to take them out

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. Go across the way to the City of Eastvale, has better restaurants and service. This pocket of grass is the only Norco piece in the City of Eastvale... FieldHouse never has food or drinks, they always close at random times and their service is awful. In need of New-Newer Management!

We have attempted to dine at this place several times on a Sunday afternoon, every time it has been closed. Made reservations for a Sunday afternoon. And was able to get one for 6:30pm and when we arrived to the restaurant, it's closed. Never coming here Again.

The longest wait ever. Came here because hero's was packed. Party of 2. Ordered beers and a pizza. The place is empty.. 4 other party's. We waited almost an hour for our pizza to arrive. There is more staff present than guest and still, terrible wait times. Pizza was burnt. Will not be going back.

We came here as a family to have some lunch and there was a girls soccer coach that got rude over a chair, that i politely told him i was saving the table for my family he walked off and mumbled something. I said excuse me what did u say he said i don't care what do and came up to me in my face and said that. I lifted my hand up next to my shoulder n said i did not want to argue then He accused me of putting my hand in his face which i didn't. My husband then went up to him n told him he didn't care for the way he treated me n he tried to tell my husband i put my hand in his face which i didn't. We did not feel comfortable staying there n eating. I believe his mother owns the place n i do have to say she had to come to her sons rescue, which her son was arrogant, his mom tried to make it better. N he also said he didn't need our money or business. That's just great for a business right ? We will never give this establishment our business just not a good experience and it's unfortunate that his mommy had to come n make things better for her arrogant son. I seem to think this is not his first time cuz his mom offered to buy us dinner at hero's. So i truly believe this is not her sons first time treating pplIn this manner. They lost customers for good I wouldn't recommend this place
