The food is always reliable at Norco location. I do wish they were a bit more proactive about wiping tables. The soda machine can be a bit messy sometimes. I usually get the brewed tea.

Came in for lunch today and ordered the Loaded Nachos. The Loaded Nachos come with a choice of meat, topped with beans & jalapeños, served with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole (per their menu). Well, I was charged extra sour cream and the guacamole - which is usually included.They also wanted to add rice to the nachos - which has never happened before and is not on the menu description. The cashier told me that they charge extra for the guac & sour cream because they're made in-house (???). The cashier appeared to be a bit confused, and somehow I knew this wouldn't end well (mistakes on my order),I was refunded for the guac and I never got any beans. When I received my food, the cheese was not fully melted, and the nacho chips were a bit hard (stale). I didn't want to send my food back, so I just dealt with the final product.I've never had this issue in the past, so I hope this was just a fluke.

We got the crispy fish tacos, Carnitas fuego Taco, 1988 fish Taco, and a kalua pig bowl. Been here a few times and have always recieved great food and service. Make sure to try ALL of the salsas. My favorite is Maria's salsa.

We go out of our way for these fish tacos!Parking: The location is surrounded by other businesses and the parking lot is well allocated for each of them.Kid-friendliness: Dining room has a group of young ladies (8-10 year olds) that talked & checked out the wall stickers & photos for almost an hour while their adults visited.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are spaced well and movable in the event I needed my wheelchair (I always check for this at different locations).
Very upset that the Baja Rolls were removed from the menu. I placed an order for them over the phone and it wasn't until I arrived to pick up my order that I was made aware of that.

Underwhelming. There was a long wait and confusion behind the counter. If there are more than 10 people in line, I recommend going elsewhere. We did not come during a rush, just lightly busy. You will wait as long to order and get your food as it takes to eat it. Around half the orders in front of us were missing items and people were gathered at the counter trying to get their orders completed/corrected. We were not given a receipt or a number but should have asked for it as that is their process. My food was good despite the lackluster service. My wife said hers was not good.

Food was fresh. Service was fantastic. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu .The atmosphere was great. Clean establishment. There are plenty of vegan options. I personally Just didn't feel it. The food was just not hitting me.Salsa bar is extremely weak. I would definitely eat here again. If someone else was buying.I truthfully prefer Baja fish tacos.
