Monday @12:45pm sitting in front like weirdo because they used to open at 11am. Banana Split was OK not the best but could have been better considering $9.99 I could have went to Walmart and got more ice cream for cheaper. Mango Nada was fine. I'm sitting in the restroom as I review this because the ice cream maybe old and the things coming out of me is burning my hole like lava.

They have delicious ice cream and aqua fresca, made from some of the rare fruit that you don't see everywhere..

The place is good. The food is decent but I feel that the prices are a tad high.

Asked for pepinos locos and to replace jicama with cueritos. In the past this was not the presentation nor quality received. Last time coming to this place. Seen in the picture they just peeled the pepino and placed it on the tray.

Small Mexican ice cream shop in a bit of a shady area. They have what seems to be the typical Mexican ice cream shop items. The only standard ice cream shop item they have other than plain ice cream is a banana split, they aren't actually equipped to make sundaes. The ice cream itself was actually very good. Someone walking out had a very large fruit thing in a half of a pineapple.

Good traditional Mexican street goodies and ice cream. Fruit ice cream really has natural fruit flavors. A range of new and exotic flavors in both ice cream and in street food including passion fruit, chamoy, and others.

This place is an authentic Michoacana that uses simple, authentic ingredients for massively flavorful creations! There's nothing like a frozen treat on a summer night, and Dandy's delivers. On my most recent trip I took a swing at something I'd never tried there before--Tamarindo Con Chile ice cream and Esquites (elote in a cup). It was an experience I won't forget. You can see more about my trip on my YouTube channel: @JakeEatsCA

Honestly the stuff they make looks pretty. But it's not that good and the prices are EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. When you go inside the place is very dark and the employees aren't very kind. The prices on the board are not the prices they charge you either. Food isn't worth the price.

They have my very favorite ice cream. I appreciate them and am so happy they keep it in stock. ?

This use to be my favorite place but seems like their quality is cheaper. I got a mangoneada and I don't think they put any chamoy in it the chili tastes just like straight tapatio. Not to mention their prices are ridiculously expensive I understand prices went up but seriously almost $8 for a small mangonada that they call "medium size" but the cup is small size.

It's not the real deal! The ingredients don't taste fresh, and let's not talk about the price!!! Good God... $10 for a mangonida in a 12oz cup??I'm not going there anymore, and I don't recommend it.

Dandy's Ice Cream in North Highlands is hands down my favorite Mexican ice cream shop in Sacramento. Every time I visit, I'm blown away by the delicious flavors and amazing service. So far, I've tried the milkshakes, raspas, and the banana split ice cream - all of which were delicious. The ice cream is rich and creamy, and the flavors are unique and bursting with flavor. I can't wait to go back and try the other items on their menu! What really sets Dandy's apart, though, is the people who work there. They are all so friendly and welcoming, and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The service is truly amazing.Overall, if you're looking for delicious Mexican ice cream in Sacramento, you have to check out Dandy's. The ice cream is amazing, the service is great, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a sweet treat!

Food is good, but no prices on the menu. It's a surprise when you pay and a bit of a sticker shock.
