Disgusting soggy burritos. The employees NEED TO BE INFORMED about what is inside the food. I asked the register employee BEFORE purchasing a shrimp burrito what it came with. She didn't clarify 3 toppings that were added. One of them being bell peppers (which I'm allergic too). I called back and requested a refund which kept on being refused with a burrito replacement. Employees customer service practices and lack of knowledge with food THEY ARE SERVING can be detrimental if they cannot tell you what's in their food. DO NOT EAT HERE

Like the younger crew don't care.Still ..we love the taste of the food.But it's put together like it's a rush.SERVICE: I called in for my order one time. They never asked my name. When I arrived, The lady hardly understood English. She got someone else. They hardly understood. She grabbed a cook. He just said rudely, "What do you want?" with a mean look.I only tried to pick up my order! He asked me what did I order.I had to describe EVERYTHING! Then got the first girl and she rang me up.TERRIBLE SERVICE!Crazily, I speak Spanish (Terribly), but I shouldn't have to just to purchase my food.I would only go if the owners are there.

I just had worse service on the phones all I wanted was super burrito and the lady who was phone said. Couldn't take my order cause they were too busy!! I am like wtf I have ordered so many times it's the first time i ever got service like this when bf was gonna pick it up for me!

Aside from the food being extremely bland and the salsa to salty, the staff wasn't friendly, rather non-communicative, and the place had a dark out-dated feel to it I ordered the grilled chicken supper burrito wet big mistake contained mostly whole beans(which I wasn't asked if I'd prefer them) and topped with cheese that wouldn't melt what a waste of finances and time I was still hungry because their food was inedible ??

I tried this place for the first time recently, and on the recommendation of a friend. The tacos are awesome and the salsa bar was very good. When I was there the music was loud inside, but I don't think that's normal, I think they were just enjoying it. We sat outside, which was pleasant and quieter.
