I asked if they accept Venmo phone pay. They said they accept Venmo phone pay. Then it didn't work. They still got my order. Starbucks has a way different approach towards there customers.
Unfortunately today I had a bad experience with the cashier. I needed help finding a drink to fit my dietary restrictions and the cashier was very unhelpful. I ended up leaving without a drink because the cashier didn't help me. I always ask for help when ordering at Starbucks and I ALWAYS go inside because of this reason. Good service with good environment! This one can get a little long in the drive-through, but it moves really quick. They're really efficient, I've never had them mess up my order. Love this location.
