I just left there about an hour ago, I was the only one there so I don't understand why she made my sandwich so rushed, when I took it out the wrapper to eat it I almost couldn't because of how sloppy she made it, the mayo was everywhere, the vegetables just thrown all around wasn't even on the sandwich! it just look like a slop sandwich was it even a sandwich?? Lol ? all my years of going to subway I've never seen anything like it

I hit the no tip button, and it said approved, then the girl said no you did it wrong and she charged me again but this time she pointed at the tip option and said now select, i hit no tip again, and she said fine all mad, but it said approved again, so i was so confused, so i immediately checked my account and sure enough she charged me twice, and she said oh no i only got one payment thats wrong it jus says pending, sure enough this morning theres two payments, this tipping is crazy, jus cuz i said no tip i get charged twice

I'm so disappointed in this subway! The chicken had the taste and texture of cheap old canned chicken and the bread got so soggy before I was even done with the first half of my 23.00 dollar footlong chips and large drink "meal deal" such a waste of money I will probably start going to a totally different sandwich shop from now on...?

Did the BOGO 50% off in the app and ordered the monster and the boss. I liked the boss more. It's like spaghetti but bread instead. The service was good but slow since there was only 1 employee doing everything during the time we dined. The tables were clean and the whole ambiance was okay.

Workers are rude. The door has a bell but that doesn't trigger them to greet the customer. However a white male comes in and gets greeted. Worker claims she couldn't see me but I'm standing right in front of her. Never returning to this location. Deserves 0 stars

My online order was cancelled. I didn't cancel it and the employee said she never even seen the order. I gave her the order# but she said she had no way of looking it up to see what happened even though the cancellation notice said, "Contact the restaurant where you had placed your order for more information". What utter nonsense! All attempts to place another web order for pick up at this location didn't work and they wouldn't honor the 4th of July promo code if the order was placed in-person.

Ordered through the app. All four of my subs were made wrong. And one was a whole different sub I didn't even order at all. Ended up being a $40 waste and an hour of my time I'll never get back trying to get it fixed... Never will I ever go back here and I will be sure to tell everyone the same.
