The food is just amazing the taste the quality and the presentation reasonable prices and the restaurant is just cute and extremely clean outstanding guest service !!

This place is ~okay. Not my definition of Italian food but the flavors were decent.We ordered on their website and when we hot there, they kept saying our order didn't exist. It wasn't until 5-10mins later the hostess realized they have 2 separate ordering systems. This was extremely annoying because I was Hangry and wanted to be in and out with my pickup. It was a whole ordeal trying to find everything. Probably wouldn't order online with them again.

I have gotten 3 pizzas and wings at different times of the day. It is always good! The dough and sauce are delicious, with always plentiful toppings and baked to perfection! Best pizza in North Hills by far!!

OMG!! The garlic cheese rolls are to die for!The Blue Cheese Walnut salad with sun dried tomatoes has the freshest ingredients and is a favorite. The Fettuccine Pomodoro is another favorite as it comes with the right balance of spices on its hearty sauce. An icon amongst the valley’s restaurants, Fratelli’s is a must-visit for authentic and delicious Italian food!

The Place is now playing regetone music, thought it was an Italian restaurant. The sandwich was half full, tons of bread and not once did anyone come out to see how we were doing. Went straight down hill.

I ordered via website i thought belonged to Fratelli's but it was a 2nd party called slice. I received a call from the restaurant. I got a phone call telling me that they were out of French Onion soup. I call the restaurant and they tell me i have to contact the 2nd party to get my money back and it takes 2 weeks for them to get the money. So why would you use a 2nd party and get snippy with me when i call? Get rid of the 2nd party then if they are not worth it. Geesh

Love this place, food good. But the hours don't match google saids it open at 11, their website says it opens at 12 but we have gone at both times and is close. Am sure they lose a lot of customers because of this.
Don't bother trying to order before hand you'll still have to wait when you get there. I've tired all the online apps and it's always a disaster still. Food is pretty good if you're willing to wait

this was my first time ordering from here and it was disgusting, first of all i placed the order and they confirmed the order, and when i get there the restaurant was closed until I called grub-hub to let them know which I placed the order 35 min ago and the business is closed, so they fixed the issue with owner and they opened the door on me and i had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order ready. the food was not what I expected it was really disgusting i don't recommend this business at all.

Been here a few times before. The first time this was a go to spot as the food was alright. However the past couple times I have gone here my wings are always dried to the touch and are said to be how they are but the first time I came here they were sauced up. Employees claimed to have cooked it that way (which makes no sense as cooking the sauce in the oven would only burn all the sauce and it's taste off. Pretty disappointed overall. You can never go wrong with Fratelli's! They have the Best Italian pizza, pasta, sandwiches in the Valley! You can feed the entire family of 5 with less than $70.00. My family has been enjoying Fratelli's for over 15 years now. The pizza is full of flavor and a good amount of ingredients including the cheese. The alfredo pasta with jumbo shrimp is so Delicious along with garlic bread! The garlic cheese rolls are so soft and full of melted cheese! The ravioli was loaded with marinara sauce! The anti pasta small salad was packed with lettuce, bell peppers, onions, black olives, salami and pepperoni! The caprese salad is so fresh with crispy tomatoes!

The pizza here is delicious. The crust is not too thick where you feel like all you're eating is dough. Our family loves the pepperoni and mushroom pizza and will normally order for pick up. I plan to try the other dishes they have, but we are so in love with their pizza. The tomato sauce is just right. Other places will put too much, but their amount is perfect. We call to place our order and so far, no issues.
