We had a party and my cousin ordered online and I don't know what problem there was when she arrived to pick up the food, that according to the order it was cancelled, they didn't know why, so we thought we were running out of food but the good thing is that yes It was completed with what they had there to place the order for us, so it wasn't that bad, but the cancellation is very strange

The survive is very bad I had to go to the drive through and I asked for chicken and they had a big attitude and the rude like I was being nice and the people that work there just need to stop working there like if you attitude get out of the kid you have to have respect for people and they were close so early like you guys close at 10:00 they don't deserve to work there honestly

Worse customer service, the people that works here apparently don't want to work. I ordered a family meal for to go, asked for condiments they only gave me 4 butters and 4 honey and they don't have hot sauce or ketchup. I ask for a 5 plates the guy in the register said I can't have it because my order was for to go. I ask for his name he said his name was Jake, I looked up the receipt his name was Juan, a liar and a lazy ass worker. I had to call the corporate because the workers here are just rude. The food is not that great either. KFC should really hire people that will appreciate the job and know the value of customer service!!!
