Love little ceasers ... BUT THIS LOCATION IS ONE TO AVOID!!! START WITH BURNT PIZZAS OR UNDERCOOKED DEEP DISH PIZZAS THAT ARE EXTREMELY RAW UNDERCOOKED DOUGH. SPOKE TO THEIR MANAGER, COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WAS RUDE OVER THE PHONE, HUNG UP ON ME, HAVE TO CALL BACK TO GET NOTICED. DOESNT WANT OR CARE ABOUT FUTURE BUSINESS, WHO EVER IS EMPOLOYING THESE PEOPLE NEED TO COMPLETELY GET INVOLVED WITH THEIR BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY. No no no , nightmare . I got there around 3:15 and their was only 1 customer inside so I was o yeah , but unfortunately for me they were to busy doing something else because it took 25 min for my order . I was omg so mad cause I need to go to work and the Eason I order was because their was no people . I ask the front lobby employee how long and she said 15 min . The outside is ghetto and dirty .

Roy the “general Manager” has rude customer service upon my arrival I was greeted nicely by the gentleman men in the front he told me my total and said it was 39.65 I brought 100 dollar bill and he politely pointed out u can’t take it because I don’t have change ok understandable. That was all I had on me so he went to go ask if they might have change out comes Roy doesn’t look at my order just quickly says no we can’t take it I said well what if I add 2 sodas your guys said he can break a 50 but not 100 no you can’t do that so I asked can you point me to someone in the center who might have change I really don’t want to drive back to my house just to get change he said “not my problem” if it was a matter of change I could of added more items to make it equivalent for the money back but I wasn’t allowed the attitude from this guy cost them a loss in customer I would rather go to dominos and pay the extra amount. Note to everyone else make sure you pay card or have 20s horrible horrible service and a huge inconvenience for me

When I went to pick my pizzas to the store and they game me the wrong ones and when I tried to complain to Costumer server they never answer the phone and I was waiting for half an hour.
Must've been a good day bc the food hit the spot!! Surprisingly the pizza was on point and the wings....man talk about being hot & ready!
