I am giving a three star rating because they gave me my ice coffee into a cup that has a hole in it and I haded to ask for a second cup to cover the hole so it won't keep coming out. I just want to say they need to be more careful on checking on the items.
For the love of all things holy on this earth. This McDonald’s might be the most useless establishment in all of LA. This place is close to my house but I was quickly reminded why I always drive to a further location for a late night McDs fixin. Not one time have I ever gotten fresh fries, fresh burgers, they always give the wrong sauce, wrong drink. Not only that but the total lack of common courtesy of these workers. I really love McDonald's but every place is always busy and they have bad service but this location has the best customer service in all LA I gave them 5 star for the great service and to thank Jennifer Arroyo for her excellent costumer service she was always really attentive with every costume that walked in the door and Extremely friendly love this location I will definitely be back thank you
