Awful service and no respect for the customers. I do not know how they can stay in business with service like this.

This is not a place to get food. The entire place smells like cleaning supplies and the food is like a bad version of bar food. Not sure if this is supposed to be a club after hours, but it's a strange restaurant/bar, with below average food and watered down drinks. Will not stop in again. Lovely staff nonetheless.

Crustian is the best! We arrived at 7 and he was a waiter and our bartender, he made awesome drinks and the food was so yummy! Definitely recommend this spot! Looking forward to returning ?

Seriously overpriced and the food is mediocre. Drinks were super weak. All sorts of service and credit card fees. Do not recommend. Many of these reviews are fake or paid.

It's a great place! Staff, music, food all great! Went on a Friday had a DJ music was vibing! Had an awesome time!! Definitely will be back!

I wished this experience would of been better for our first time visit. I made reservations through the yelp app for 9:30 pm. Upon our arrival the hostess greeted us and checked us in for our reservation. she promptly sat us at our table that were next two 4 huge TV screen. Our server came and greeted us and handed us our menus. we aske for a couple of minutes to look over the drink menu and make our selection. several minutes later she came back and we placed our order. we taquito appetizer that were filled with chicken $15. the salsa verde that accompanied the appetizer was so runny and had a water like consistency. my partner and i were so displeased and confused at the same time. while eating out appetizer the server came to our table to remove our small appetizer plates and i mentioned to her that we were still working on our appetizer and there was not need to remove them despite my suggestion she still proceeded to remove our plates and left us with nothing but the taquito plate to eat off from. my partner and i were in disbelief.. we didnt know how to act after that let alone what to expect.shortly after our drinks came and there were okay. i had the spicy tamarindo margarita $16 and my partner had the la jungla $16 they were in large glasses ( first picture) We place our dinner order. we had the following. 1. enchiladas verdes $222. marinated skirt steak $30my enchiladas were okay. i was somewhat scared that the salsa would be the same at the one they put as a side on the taquitos.the marinated steak was good on flavor and the chimichurri side complimented it well. honestly that was the highlight. the rice was so bland and the beans were okay. After we finished our meals we placed another drink order. i had the same the Spicy Tamarindo margarita and this time it came in a small cup!! ( 7th picture)HUGE discrepancy for the same price!! at that point we came to the conclusion that we would not return. the inconsistency of this establishment can not be good for business. perhaps that is why it was so empty!! this place has so much potential though, the need major management upgrade if they want to keep their business running. I really debated between 1 or 2 stars but based on the drink discrepancy i decided to give them 1 star. they need to improve the quality of service they provide.

I celebrated my Bell Jeff 20 year high school reunion. Jungla is a special place. You need to try the tacos gobernador. The space has excellent service and Latin music. The drinks are made with natural ingredients. Real lemon lemonade with the vodka lemonades. The staff is harmonious and it truly feels like family here. We had a great time. Will definitely be back.

I tried to go twice after this review. First time I drove 30 min to get there and I went during their business hours and they were closed. Doors locked, no one in inside. Second time the bartender greeted us and asked if we had reservations and unfortunately we didn't. He took a minute to see what he can do but there was only 4 tables occupied. I asked for a table of 3 and he seated us on a table of 2. I politely asked if we can get the table next to it that would sit 4 even tho we were 3. He said "give me a couple minutes guys I need to check on availability for that table, we're packed today"...... again almost the whole restaurant was empty lol there was only 4 tables occupied! I told him it's okay we didn't want to be an inconvenience and we would go else where. He then responded "okay good luck guys" with a bothered attitude. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here.... It's not worth the drive to be disappointed.

The service at this restaurant was really good. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We made dinner reservations for 7:30 p.m. and the restaurant was not very busy on a Friday night. It started getting a little bit busier around 8:30 p.m. to 9:00pm. Giving my friends and I a chance to be able to chat without too much noise or feeling rushed. The restroom was very nice and clean and overall the service was good. There is parking down the street on Mongolia
