Had a great experience at this shop! Ordered a cake several days in advance online and picked it up here. The guys working here at the time had a nice friendly attitude as they helped all the customers. My order was ready as expected, the whole pick up process was a breeze.The shop is small but does have a few good sized tables and chairs for enjoying the sweet treats there if you like.They're located in a small strip mall with pretty tight parking spaces in the lot, but there were a few open spots when I arrived. It's on a corner with a traffic light, so it makes it pretty easy to get in and out.

Customer service went downhill! New owners don't teach their employees how to greet customers. Been coming here for over 20 years because the old staff was wonderful with caring for their customers. Waited over 10 minutes just to be attended while there was no one else in line! The girl who attended me had the worst attitude! Don't work customer service if you're going to be bitchy with customers! Obscured how they start rolling their eyes when more people start showing up. Customer service is so bad!

Stupid little short chick has attitude. She got my order wrong and had the audacity to still got mad when I told her it wasn't correct. It's not my fault you either can't hear or don't know how to properly clean your ears. If you don't like your job get a new one. You aren't forced to work in customer service and if you know you have a crap attitude why the hell would you choose a job where you interact with people. If I would've got her name I would've put it into this review. I'm never rude to any worker because I've been there myself but it's people like her that deserve to be treated the same way they treat customers.

Sold us disgusting freezer burnt quarts of ice cream. One of them came damaged as well. They don't care about their product if this is a franchise.It is obvious by the texture and flavor of the ice cream, the quarts were left in the freezer for too long, or maybe the quarts were melted at one point in time and were never replaced. They were still sold to us.When ice cream is freezer burnt, the texture is icy and slushie-like and the non-icy portions are grainy and flavorless. Both quarts of the Jamocha Almond Fudge and Very Strawberry were freezer burnt.

The texture of the ice cream was grainy and other parts of it was like ice slushee consistency. Once ice cream is freezer burnt, it's no longer creamy and has flavor. That's the portion in the picture that's outlined in red. This means the quarts were probably melted at one point and placed back in the freezer. Luckily, DoorDash was awesome and I received a credit but just wanted to warn people that these people who run this establishment knew that their freezer must've broke at one time, kept the ice cream in the freezer, repaired the freezer and still sold the ice cream anyway.
