Hands down the best chili cheese fries in the valley! Add pastrami (could have been a little bit more, but still great) great friendly service too! Love this place, will definitely be back. Pro tip- avoid the after school crowd, go early ?

Food was not bad. We got a pastrami burger and the fried zucchini things. The burger was just ok and the bun was dry. The zucchini with ranch was really good though.Pricing kinda expensive for the quality.Service was pretty awful, the guy at the counter was rude. Didn’t admit to the fact that he got our order wrong when I asked nicely for it to be fixed. He laughed and snapped at me about “changing my order.”

This is literally the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had. I can't believe the quality of the meat is this good. Go here immediately. The service is fantastic. The ambiance is nothing special because it's a small walk up situation but it's clean and comfortable. Go now!!!

I travel for work all around the valley and this the worst food. I ordered a pastrami on a roll. But I got the muster sandwich, the meat tasted old. Will not come back.

Yummy burgers. Quality of Pattie's are better than most fast food spots around the area. Don't expect fat burger size burgers, but just as good if not better. Good size burgers and made to order. Fresh and juicy! The place is clean , good service, and affordable for the quality you get. My new go to spot in the area. I recommend you give it a try and support this mom and pop joint.

This came to our searches when we are looking for a burger place in the area. It is off 170 at Magnolia - on the right side at the corner of Colfax. It doesn't look like much when you pass it, but since my SO is starving we went in. We both ordered the Cheeseburger combo. And Wow.. I am impressed. The first bite was really delish and you can taste the charbroil. The steak fries are really good too. I will definitely comeback and try the other burger combos. We didn't wait long for our orders. Small place with bar type tables. One table outside but it's not recommended with all the fumes coming from the cars. This burger place had been here for 40yrs. It is a husband and wife team. Limited parking space.
