I've ordered food at this Blaze maybe ten times in various ways (GrubHub, Blaze app, in-person) and almost every time they've messed up our order. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered two vegan pizzas (one gluten free) via the website and when I showed up, they said the gluten-free pizza wasn't ready yet. After about seven minutes, they realized that no one ever made it. They said to wait 10 minutes, so I did. Finally, they gave me both pizzas and a dessert as an "oopsie," though it didn't matter since it wasn't vegan. When I got home, I discovered they'd remade my first pizza, not the gluten-free one. So after all that, I ended up with one mediocre pizza, one inedible pizza since my roommate can't eat gluten, and one inedible dessert. An annoyance and a huge waste of time and money.

Beer pump is always broken and no good selection of beer. Several times we went there and there is no beer. Employees don't seem to care at all. The owner must be bleeding cash on this location!

I've had nothing but the best experience at this Blaze location on Victory. How can you not be happy with picking your own toppings. For the price, this is a great option for me and my family. Everyone can get their own pizza to their liking. Ingredients have been always fresh with good service! The establishment has always been clean. Even when there is a long line, the wait goes by fast. Great option to have nearby!
Pizza and salad. Pizza was very good. The salad dressing was either still partially frozen or refrigerated and was very thick until it warmed up a bit. That made getting a good mix of the salad dressing and the salad almost impossible.

Horrible Service, bunch of high school kids including the "manager" its a damn circus, you tell the kids to make it a meal and they dont know what you are talking about when clearly the menu above says "make it a meal" with a picture of a pizza, salad and soda. I paid and asked where my soda was and the "manager" boy said "oh thats separate, i didnt charge you for that." I am at a complete lost for words, these people arent paying attention when you say MAKE IT A MEAL
